Agreed. And whoever we hire as our next HC, I wonder if he will actually get to decide who he will go to battle with as his coordinators and assistants. If he does, it will be the first time since Parcells that the HC in Dallas gets to fully decide his staff.

Ol Jerry seemed to ease up a little on McCarthy as far as picking his staff it must continue but will it , I don' t know.

Who’s the DC’s for KM and Kings?
Who’s the Oline Coach? (Super important hire)
Who’s the OC for Saleh or Frazier?

I don’t know who’s out there or available besides Zimmer on Defense. But we MUST nail that pick whomever the HC is.

Same if we hire a defensive HC the OC is critical.

Lots to be determined beside just the HC.

I agree and maybe more important I mean they walk around head coach will need 2 strong individuals as coordinators but here's the thing don't forget a lot of these interviews it's pulling double duty they're definitely asking these guys if they don't get a head coaching job what job positions would they be interested in taking if they were called by the Dallas Cowboys they literally are interviewing these guys from more then just the head coaching job when they're in here.. So some of those names could both end up getting hired 1 is the head coach and one is the coordinator there could be a combination of all these names that's been flying around it's gonna fill out the staff not just fill the head coaching position...

I'm not sure that's true, we've had conversations here,

Mike McCarthy himself said he recruited KMto come back here ,everyone saying he was forced moore, no Jerry did not insist on it, Jerry suggested it, but Mike Nolan was 100% Mike McCarthy's hire,

Mike McCarthy wanting to be the OC here once he got comfortable and they let go of Moore was also his idea to keep himself as an OC, I'll take Kellen Moore and Dan Quinn both Jerry Jones hires if you want to go there over, Mike Nolan and Mike McCarthy as the coordinators, literally those are better choices, so you act like that was a bad thing but the story goes as memory serves..

Kellen Moore had an opportunity to go coach at Boise State and Mike McCarthy talked him out of it and said we do want you here that's the story you can say he was handpicked by Jerry all you want but that was a mutual decision by all three parties... So outside of I don't know did bones I mean he might be the only one that was here already i can't rememb....f and he did and he didn't do it well.
