For this one, I wanted to go with guys we would almost certainly have a shot at and (mostly) guys we've shown interest in. You won't find Iupati and Earl Thomas in this one, as the chances are quite slim for either at this point (although I'm keeping my fingers crossed!).
The name of the game here is versatility, every player I've choosen (other than the FB) adds more to the team than just the position they play, which gives them a better shot to make the roster and stick.
Here we go.
1. Devin McCourty, CB
Height: 5-11 | Weight: 193 | College: Rutgers
McCourty gives us killer starting-caliber CB as well as a special teams ace. He's able to contribute right away, rotating in at nickle CB with Scandrick OR, and bare with me here, he can play starting safety for us and be on the field immediately as a starter. Later in the draft, we take another FS, so this doesn't necessarily have to be the case but I think the kid can do it. He's a physical, hustle player that attacks the ball.
2. John Jerry, OG/RT
Height: 6-6 | Weight: 328 | College: Mississippi
Since we miss out on Iupati in this draft, we take the closest thing to him, John Jerry. Massive player with good feet and an attitude that can play RT or start at LG immediately. He fits out style to a T and the Cowboys have shown interest. Reminds me a lot of Carl Nicks, who the Saints absolutely stole in the 5th round a few years back, another player I liked that they nabbed. He has experience at RT as well, so he can sub in there but I think Brewster is set to take over at RT after Columbo's contract is up.
3. Jordan Shipley, WR
Height: 5-11 | Weight: 193 | College: Texas
Shipley is an excellent player, and a better athlete than he is given credit for being all because of a slower 40 time. If the guy ran a 4.4, he'd be high 2nd round pick. He's played against top talent and been productive, the only reason to dislike him are his measureables because on and off the field, he's been nothing but tremendous. He also holds for kicks, so that keeps Romo on the sidelines in those situations which is always good.
4. Myron Lewis, FS
Height: 6-2 | Weight: 203 | College: Vanderbilt
We finally nab a FS, and in the 4th we get amazing value in Lewis who played mostly as a CB but has the size and savvy to play FS. He had 5 picks in 2008 and 4 picks last year, so he's definitely got a nose for the ball and of course he can play CB in a pinch.
6. John Conner, FB
Height: 5-11 | Weight: 246 | College: Kentucky
I have a feeling we are going to hang onto Deon at this point, but I'd love to see Conner come in as his replacement. He's more of a pure blocker than we've had in a long time, but he's got decent hands to give us an added dimension on the goal line. Also a pretty nice pass blocker, as far as FB's go.

7. Ramone Harewood, OG/RT
Height: 6-6 | Weight: 353 | College: Morehouse
Small school prospect here with excellent size, but he's going to be a project. He's a very good athlete, having played soccer as a youth but only started playing football in college. He's got long arms and great strength and played LT at Morehouse. He obviously didn't face elite competition, but I think if he can play LT he should be able to provide depth at multiple line positions. 20 NFL scouts went to check him out, so he's not some nobody. Also, while he weighs 350, he is no slob, he's got a great physique. Ran a 5.2 40, which is very good for his size and has "soccer players" feet.
Of course comments are welcome.
