We have one more year with Cooper to see if he is the real Deal. He has his 5th year option picked up. I know he has the talent ( i don't question that part of him) i just question his head and his motivation, you can not deny that after his 1st 2 season he started to dissappear in Oakland. Should we be worried that Cooper is a mental midget? The stuff with Peters was not a good look, especially after the game. Take away the TD on the safety and once again the Peters/Talib combo shut him down. To the outside world it looks like they were in his head. we are not mediocre against the teams that dont make it you are trying to compare us to the 3 Elite teams? you cant be mediocre when you are competing against the best even if you fall short..you have a short sighted view on what Mediocre truly means..mediocre are teams with .500 records or worse year in and year out and never really make it to the playoffs.winning the division 3 of 5 yrs and making the playoffs now on more regular basis has out arrow pointing up..its the Fans that think the teams lie NE are the Norm when they really are the exception..also stop living in the past stop using 20yrs SB droughts or 10-12 yr with Garett as the measuring stick..you are who you are NOW so 5 yrs or less is a picture of who we are and weve turned this team over ie really rebuilt it the last 4 yrs without having to be Cleveland and that 10-12 team bunch who wish they were us..

those fans like you who think Dynastys are easily built when really they are the exception..this league has created parody and with FA and all the new rules make it tough to ever achieve that kind of run anymore..its yr to yr league now and we happen to be part of it..we are the 3rd youngest team in the league and the group from 2016 now have won the division and made the layoffs 2 of 3 yrs, this is their history and its not bad start..id argue if Zeke wasn't suspended and the rash of injuries we had last year played role in what might have been a WC berth as 6th seed so they may have had 3 straight playoff appearances as Group..70% of the 2014 tea are now all gone..think about it stop hating your own team so much

Cooper provides a ton for this offense.

As long as they use him and don’t do the whole “well he’s getting other people open” crap then I’m fine with it.

Disappearing for 3 or 4 game stretches though and the trade should be bashed.

After 1 season it’s clearly a success.

My point exactly, $100 talent with perhaps a 10 cent brain. He is signed next year lets see what he does before we commit 70-80M+ on a long term 5 year deal
