I'll move this to Overtime Zone, because reasons, but any older Cowboys fan knows this is the truth. If these self-appointed jokers could do it, they would have done it already.

Yes, Jerry is the worst owner in the league. The Cowboys' revenue swallows up the other teams but Jerry still hasn't managed to get the team to win 2 playoff games in the same year for over 25 years. He's that bad. Jimmy carried his ***

He must be getting fillers from this board. Scouting Dept's travel expenses are apparently limited.

From Quincy Carter to Tony Romo to Dak Prescott. It's more than just the QB. Nothing is really going to change until they do. They sell hope and gullible fans buy into it every year. They're good at it. I even bought into it a little bit this year. You would think after all these years they would get lucky once in a while.

100% in agreement. this is the same old story. different cast of characters. 28 years and counting. always something wrong. always excuses. always just nothing but Hype.

Jerry jones will not win anything in his remaining life. if he lives to be 100 and is the GM/Owner, we will not see success for another 18 years

I'm wondering who in history has had more consecutive years as GM without even getting to a conference title game let alone a SB. Does Jerry hold this NFL shame record?

but you guys will be back next year looking at the draft. talking about how great they did, blah, blah. some idiot needs a new OC or head coach like it will ever make a difference. I'm just here for the laughs.

I knew this when they hired that idiot garrett. I guess some are slow learners. LOW IQ coward learners. :D

Checking so far and I cannot find any GM in NFL history with a longer streak of failure to reach a conference title game. Even Mike Brown of the Bengals has been to a SB recently.

There's never in the history of business been a bigger no talent success story than Stephen Jones.

Imagine churning out a resume and you're biggest career accomplishment is being the oldest child of Jerry.
Dont tell that to @rambo2 he actually thinks Stephen has credentials that match his job title

Why did it take some fans 28 years to figure this out?

Stevie is an example of why Appeal to Authority is a fallacy.

"Who am I going to believe? The guy who has had the job for decades or some fool on the internet?"

In Stevie's case you believe the fool on the internet, because Stevie only has the job due to nepotism and has a proven track record of failure. Have the Cowboys even made it to the NFCCG while he has been chief operating officer/executive VP/director of player personnel?

yall too invested in this win the whole thing philosophy. Its entertainment and still can be enjoyed. If your only reason for following a football team is to see them hoist the lombardi then you better switch to KC or Philly, (some of you already are there).

I turned that Sunday night abortion off at 21-7. Put on my tony Romo PJ's and slept like a baby. Golfed 36 on Monday and logged back in here on Monday night only to see the sky has fallen. Jerry dont care why should you? I feel sorry for the younger fans who hadn't ever had a chance to see this team in their glory years

Enjoy the ride with its ups and downs if we get there fine if not well theres bigger issues you should put your focus on (JMO). I quit taking these losses hard after 2011. October 2nd to be precise. I just decided its not worth getting worked up.

I can still love the cowboys without being all in emotionally. I got 0 sweat equity invested doesnt mean I dont want a SB just means its not all i care about

Oh, get real.

Football is a sport. The point of sports is to win the championship. If all you want is entertainment then go watch movies or play video games.

You aren't fooling anyone, not even yourself with this b.s. reply.

Not exactly a startling revelation.
But I certainly feel your need to vent.
Sometimes the strain of this front office is just more than you can bare.
