You gotta get more dynamic on this team and this past draft is a good start. We have to get some serious power and speed on defense, and speed on offense. What's our fastest player on offense? Is it Cooper, who is probably right now a 4.46 guy, he was a 4.42 guy at the combine, but after all of the injuries, he's probably in the 4.46 range and this isn't very fast. We need 4.3, or 4.2 guys on this team. Elliott is more than likely a 4.5 guy now, and Pollard is a 4.5 guy as well.

If he is being wasted in his mind I see a hold out for a trade, or not signing a new contract with the Cowboys and moving elsewhere. He's going to be paid by someone and he in theory can pick his next team if he feels he is being wasted here.
