There are many threads about personnel and coaching changes. Rightfully so. But none of this matters if you don't fix the fundamental problem: A total culture change.

The Dallas Cowboys are a culture of celebrity, building a brand and cash flow.

Winning is of no interest in the culture of this team. Any interest in winning is tied to their bottom line and fattening their own wallets.

It has been this way since Jerry bought the team. But Jimmy was able to ignore the extraneous stuff and focus on football. But since he left, the other stuff has overtaken this team.

Until this changes, nothing else matters

That’s why the coaches need to go, need someone who can alter the culture….it won’t change if Big Mike stays.

Basically everyone agrees that the Cowboys are an entertainment organization.

They will never win anything unless JJ sells the team or Stephen has an epiphany one night and builds a football organization

I don't think it can change. I've been thinking about how the Hollywood atmosphere of the team with all the superstar amenities, the media shows, podcasts, narcissistic self branding, etc. It has become far too large for anyone to handle - that is why the coaches change, the players change, even the stadium changed - and yet nothing changes in the playoffs. This is the real curse.

Well then I will never see another Super Bowl in my lifetime. If these clowns don’t make big moves that need to be made this off season then there really is no point in watching them next year. I’m not investing much of my time on this clown show anymore.
