The Cowboys Draft You Would Hate.

Nolan (Ole Miss) does not impress me. This goes back to his HS days in the Knoxville area.

My kids went to Maryville HS. Played Nolan’s team his Sr year. He made some plays, but took too many off. We dominated his team 52-31. Obviously, he didn’t make a difference

I'm a trade down then DT 1 tech, best RB available in the second, then DT 3 tech with the first 3 picks.
Anything other than those choices has me negative.

WR2 production is way behind stopping the run on defense in priorities for team success.

Get 2 impact DTs and the entire defense changes for the better along with actually being competitive in the playoffs.

Think we have to realize that the 1st pick will most likely be BPA according to their board not any media board or fan board.

Getting a glimpse of their board who give us the real clue.

For me, I'll wait to see how the draft goes and how they pan out. I still remember the angts over Frederick and Martin but also Taco so will give them through start of the season.

Add Willie Lampkin OG North Carolina. He's like 5'10" playing Guard.

if Dallas takes a WR with the first pick we were all lied to by Jerry and Schottenheimer. This team is not committed to running the football and playing defense. They are committed to putting the pressure on Daks shoulders and nothing has changed.

I keep hearing the names I hate coming to Dallas. Simmons,Booker,Brooks.

Because Dallas is stupid and would keep Deuce Vaughn then and I don't want Vaughn. He does the same crap, looks great in Preseason and does nothing during the Regular Season. I don't want Hallmark stories of friendships. I want to win.
Yeah, DV needs to put up or hit the road.

I don't scout the players professionally, so I'm not sure there's any draft I would hate until I see how it turned out. Many hated the Frederick pick because he was taken earlier than projected, the Smith pick got some flack, too.

And what's this about Jerry having Razorback fever? Sure, we drafted Ridgeway in the fifth round in 2022, but he was the first Razorback we drafted, I believe, since Felix Jones in 2008.

Since 2000, the colleges that have produced the most Cowboys are Oklahoma State (8) and Ohio State (8). Even Boise State (5) is ahead of Arkansas. In fact, the Razorbacks aren't even in the top 15.
It is a tired trope that people always use....when there are so many other legit things to rag on Jerry about. And a 5th for Ridgeway wasn't a bad pick. He should have been kept.
