The Cowboys have allowed 92 points their most over a 2-game span at home since 1960

Our defense is as soft and heartless as it gets. Every game that we get destroyed in, it all starts with the defense not being able to make stops and giving up big plays. The Saints offense was having their way with us. Offensively we were moving the football early, but we got so far behind it put everything on our passing game. Plus, we couldn’t run the ball. The Cowboys have some real issues.
Dak is just as much a part of the problem. Dallas gets punched in the nose and we get Sad Sak Prescott.

The biggest problem with the team is the defense but some of you continue to put the entire blame on Dak. We would win no more than 4-5 games without him. We have some serious issues with the defense and the issues are going to become more evident when we face San Francisco. I’ll be surprised if we keep them under 40 points. We’re no match for a physical team.

Prescott has to tackle better.
Maybe if Prescott scores some points it helps the defense?

I know...I KNOW! Offense scoring point and sustained drives / t.o.p can't possibly help the defense. What was I thinking?

No, he has to be self-aware enough to take a team-friendly contract because he cannot carry a franchise but that horse has left the barn now. Get used to these types of games and another five-year Super Bowl drought...at least.

I hear what your saying but do you believe this front office would be active in free agency if he decided to take less money? They've been bargain shopping even when he was on his rookie contract.
