The Cowboys just need to stay the course

Bring back Dak and add some offensive weapons. The best defense is a great offense.

Yes, I second this notion. All existing contracts should be torn up immediately. Huge signing bonuses for every player so the future is completely screwed. Every single starter from today should, no MUST, be the highest paid at their position. No exceptions and no compromising. Zeke and Jaylon's contracts especially need to be redone and doubled for their "play" on the field. Just look at the tape and Zeke's stomach. When he was drafted he had a 6 pack, now he has a keg due to all the feedings. And watch the film on Jaylon. No one in the league attacks open space like he does. If I was thin air I would be terrified to play against Jaylon. If I had a football in my hand I would feel completely safe and secure.

Oh, on a side note, do you know how to keep Jaylon from dating your daughter????? Give her a football to carry around. He won't go near her.

But I digress, back to my post. Every starter MUST be the highest paid at their position because they have not earned it and we don't want any of our players to fear for their jobs. Jourdan Lewis: Jerry should pay him Byron Jones money because Lewis can't carry Byron's jock strap. He's injury prone AND stupid which is the qualifications to be a leader on the defense. Talent and work ethic is released to other teams and stupidity, partying, and untalented is rewarded. That was established in '94 when Barry Switzer was hired that is the legacy of the Dallas Cowboys. All glamour, dancing, branding and merchandising and no substance, talent, effort, coaching.

This is Jerry's way and it hasn't worked in 25 years and it will be the legacy of the Dallas Cowboys franchise. America's team has turned into America's joke.

Dude the course is obvious. Staying the course means satisfying Jerry Jones' ego. As long as Jerry feels important and he gets to stay in his delusional reality that he knows football, then the Cowboys are winning for him. The play on the field and results are not factored into Jerry's delusions. Jerry receiving narcissistic supply from his delusions of greatness is the course this franchise has been on for decades.

It may look like there isn't a plan or a course, but to Jerry everything is going great.
 
I read a stat that said teams that use free agency to sign good players will lose at least one game the following year. No thanks to that.

Free agency is for the devil.
I prefer the teams approach of only using the draft; and drafting one cripple per draft.

The only coarse they have been on for 20 plus years is losing. They need to change the coarse.

Along with drafting at least 1 crippled player in rounds 1 or 2 I prefer during said draft that our "GM" does interviews with our draft board behind him so other teams know of any other paraplegic players we may be interested in.

Also allow people to watch our practices from suites our owner/GM sells to the highest bidder. Because the last thing we want to do is surprise the rest of the NFL.

That's how a quality owner runs a quality team.
 
The cowboys and eagles are the only two teams that need to stay the course. The only change needed for either is the installation of high pressure, high volume bidets in the men's room at both facilities. On the plus side, it will cost less to tag dak than dump wentz.

I'll second this, and also add to it.
It was a travesty that there were no Cowboys selected to the Pro Bowl this year. Here are the guys who definitely should have made it :
Zeke Elliott - speed, burst and big play ability all wrapped up in big furry ball of fury.
Tyrone Crawford - can play every DL position. Talented enough to play every position on offense too, if he wanted.
Jaylon Smith - should have been a unanimous All-Pro. Watch the tape!
Xavier Woods - even when he's only giving 50% effort, he's still the best player on the field every week.
Chris Jones - injured or not he's still amazing.
