Yea, I can't behind this thread lol you have to do this for every team to see where we would rank. This thread would've made more sense if you just excluded special team and defensive touchdowns

This thread is to troll and get a rise from people. That's what you do.

Not including XPs and FGs has nothing to do with "rah rah" fans but to cherry pick stats to make your stupid agenda look better.

Just like when you said yards per pass, then changed in to air yards and then changed it to intended air yards...... You move stats around to make your agenda and narrative
If that was the intention of the thread (it wasn't) then thank you for you contributions in making it a success.

The defense is not going to ball out week in and week out. The offense needs to hold their own as well. When the defense isn’t on, then you can expect more games like against the Cardinals.

According to some on this posts you're wrong, bro.

The offense doesn't need to do anything and the defense will play lights out every single week.

It would be interesting to see where we stack up on Points Per Drive and TOP.

Currently, 2TDs/GM is 17th in the NFL. Small sample size, but it would placed us 19th last year.

Just a note, we were 3rd last year at 3.1 off TDs/gm.

Where is Dallas ranked in points per drive

Yeah for sure.

But it's still kind of early to look at the Cardinals game and expect that is what will happen if the defense doesn't show up.

We were down 3 starting OL that game. And while we can't count on Tyron, not having Zack and Biadasz was huge.

The Cowboys are averaging 31 points per game which is in the top 5 in the NFL. The 49ers are averaging 31.3 ppg. About as close as it can be. Our offense can definitely improve on red zone touchdown efficiency but our defense can keep us in games when the offense struggles. It's never good to rely on your defense to score consistently but the Cowboys have that ability. Point is stats can easily be manipulated to justify people's agenda. Just finding a way to win is what great teams do.

This is where these arguments get silly. Because there's so many factors to get the true stats. Since they do score on defense that ommitts some of their offensive possesions. Then if you want to play the "take away their defensive touchdowns, special team points, etc." then why wouldn't you do that with every team lol? Its just silly. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know we struggle in the redzone.

Can this logic be applied to all of the teams. Including the Eagles who has a kicker which has 48 points scored so far, the same amount of points in which Aubrey has scored so far this season. Or is this just a case of you singling out the Cowboys offense?
