Read this article and saw a very interesting quote from Mike Fisher.

(I think it's important to note here that Gregory's behind-the-scenes workout partner is the powerfully spiritual Jaylon Smith, both of them working towards a "some-day'' dream.) Those two out-of-step big-named defenders were joined by a semi-interested Rolando McClain, absent here and there from the repetitive boredom of calisthenics due to a bathroom break that might last 25 minutes.

That is difficult to read. It almost sounded like he was saying Rolando was there, but he was referring to when Hardy & Ro were there last year with Gregory.

He was referring to Ro from last year in that article. OP should have copied the prior sentence too so it makes more sense.
I read the article.. I'm just saying Jerry mentioned him, too, in his radio interview, which makes it "interesting."

I think the point of that blurb is that the two guys who are gone have been replaced now by Jaylon Smith, who is about as far removed from them as possible. That bodes well for Gregory, and the team in general. The guys who were bad influences, for one reason or another, are gone.

See the parenthesis in red. Remove that and it shows he was referring to last season.

*Examine a practice, even the early portion, with the calisthenics and the musical accompaniment. Tank Lawrence and some of the D-linemen are doing more dancing than they are stretching, and while this isn't new, the reaction to it is. A year ago, Greg Hardy stepped to the beat of his own calisthenics drummer, but nobody laughed like they do now. ... maybe because they knew he was siren-songing young teammate Randy Gregory into the same off-kilter moves (I think it's important to note here that Gregory's behind-the-scenes workout partner is the powerfully spiritual Jaylon Smith, both of them working towards a "some-day'' dream.) Those two out-of-step big-named defenders were joined by a semi-interested Rolando McClain, absent here and there from the repetitive boredom of calisthenics due to a bathroom break that might last 25 minutes.

I think you may have misinterpreted the quote. Did you think it means McClain is here now?

I did ...... and was shocked ......

But II was focused on the fact that Jaylon is taking Gregory under his wing.

Honestly that's about the best thing I can imagine happening. If anyone can help Gregory turn himself around I'd say it's someone like Jaylon. I've never heard or read a bad word said about that guy.

The most impressive thing for me is that Romo has a freaking slide in his house. The rest of the article was fine and all, but... a slide in his house. Dez might not be jealous, but I damn sure am.

Dez haters aren't going to like reading this. You know since he's a cancer and not a team guy.

"I made this decision on the first day of OTAs, and then we did it again at training camp and we did it again every day since then,'' Bryant tells me, the intensity of what he is about to tell me causing his eyes to widen. "No hazing. No freezing-out. None of that ********. On the first day when they got here, I told Dak (Prescott) and Zeke (Ezekiel Elliott), 'Y'all not just rookies. You're players. Dallas Cowboys players. As important as me. As important as anybody."

Cancer. Dak got him in line.
