I'm over this loss. It hurt bad at first but It's done and over with. We have next season to look forward too and everyone in this locker room will be ready to train and bounce back.

I have faith that BP will return and that we will work out on improving our teams weak spots.

Miles Austin shows potential at the KR and WR spot. Bobby looks like He's improving drastically and with a whole opff season to strengthen up he will be a force.

Ellis could be back and that's always a good thing.

Our oline will get worked on big time...Someone is getting the shaft.

We will get more talent on D to fix up some of the holes we thought we filled.

Also dont forget the young guys that will continue to improve: Carpenter, Watkins, Ware, Newman, Romo, Spears, Canty, Miles etc...

Oh and I KNOW WE WILl GET A NEW DEFENSIVE CORDINATOR!...:)

If nothing changes in the off-season, I'm going to be extremely disappointed.

Outside that, I agree with you. The future is bright. And hey, at least we don't have to worry about Romo getting a big head or anything.

And on this positive note, I am going to bed. I am numb right now. The future is cloudy until we know who goes and who stays. These next few weeks will be interesting.

I cant wait to see what a full off-season of working out will do for bobby Carpenter.

Also for anyone that is down on Romo right now I say dont worry to much about it. He's going to be just fine. I have great faith in him working hard in the off-season to be the best he can be. He will be our QB of the future.

Rome wasnt built in a day guys...

The star will shine again..Maybe not now but soon enough you will see:star: .

I know and that's what we said at the end of last season too

well History will tell you the Cowboys will rise again... I know it seems like a loss right now but think about how far we've gotten from the Campo years lol.

Now those were bad. We had no future and no hope just gloom...Now we have a future, so I'm willing to have faith in next season.

Yeah, I say that every year, but yet they dissapoint me, EVERY year. I honestly won't ever be happy until we win a super bowl. But the day Parcells leaves could bring a grin to my face.

We need to be exponentially better. I don't think we will be in comparison to the other teams next year.

1.) We lost to, arguably, the most unhealthiest team in the playoff, while we were among the healthiest.

2.) Our regular season performance was worst than that of last year, in a year when an 8-8 NFC team could sneak into the playoffs. Our conference was weaker this year than last year, and we still didn't get it done.

3.) Our main area of concern is the offensive line, and unfortunately for us, it's the unit that traditionally requires more time and patience for it to gel.

The Cowboys have some work ahead of them this offseason. We're not a "few" fixes away from a championship team.

Honestly, it's remembering the Campo years that keeps me sane and not too depressed. LOL

Why does everyone rag on Campo? The guy had no chance. Dallas sucked and didn't even have the lower first round picks to show for it. Thank you Jerry Jones. With the few remaining picks it had, Jones missed on every single draft pick imaginable.

Dude, we lost to the Texans in their very first game ever. And to make matters worse, the Texans were starting a rookie at QB and two rookies on thier offensive line. This was under Campo.

There is no guarantee this club betters itself. What if .500 is as good as it gets? After going 10-6 in 2003, we didn't exactly set the world on fire in '04. Teams can definitely take a step back. In fact, it's just as likely.

There are about twenty teams in this league that feel it has talent up and down its roster. Everyone feels they can improve. Only a few move forward each season. The rest run in place or take a step back.

I have my doubts. we were the healthiest team in the playoffs and we still couldn't do anything. What a disappointing season. :(

The title of this thread made me think of Its A Wonderful Life, George Bailey must be the author "Everytime a Cowboy fan cheers, Dallas wins a game"

If you were a Transformer your name would be Optimist Prime....I'm a dork.
