The Cowboys will keep winning if they can continue to run the ball. Throwing the ball at a significantly greater percentage has not been a recipe for success and will not carry them this year.

Dak is outstanding in this "90s Cowboys" type Offensive scheme. Moore has been brilliant with his play design and play calling.

Barring something crazy, when your QB has to only throw 22 times you are winning
The more we run the more play action opens up and you get chunk plays
Even in today’s game you can win by running. You just have to hit the passes you throw because the more you run the more single coverage you get
The run sets up the pass

The offense is unpredictable and you dont know what to prepare for because we attack the weak point of a D

which is refreshing

Of course when your two running backs are hitting at 6.7+ ypc, you run the ball.

But if/when the D takes that away, Dak is more than capable of winning the game too.

I don't understand why that is hard to understand, but you take what the defense gives you and exploit matchups when they come up. Regardless if it is run OR pass.

When you have the ability to impose your will on a team and find success with whatever it is you do on the field, you take what you want.

Yep, that would be the best scenario. But that doesn’t always happen

Could we excel at both?

Dak passed for a buck eighty or so but four were TD’s if you can gash a team with the run sets up the matchups you want up top. Pollard is a nice change up to 21 rumbling through the tackles. NFL has gone to 2 backs you can’t run one player 25 anymore in 17 games.

I endorse this message. Very few teams run and pass equally well. Running the ball comes in handy in January in cold weather should it be needed.

Yep.
THIS is THE recipe for offensive success.
Provided a healthy offensive line continues and it's performance remains at its present level.
Provided Moore continues to embrace the power running principles he has recently adopted while killing the opponent over the top with play action chunk plays if they cheat up.
If the oline is healthy and they stay committed to running the ball downhill, they will remain a pick your poison dilemma for the opponent.

So yes, I guess I agree wholeheartedly with this OP.
Need just a "tad more" defense to help the offense out although they are far better than last year.

Or if they score more than their opponent in whichever way is most effective

This was balmy October and the Pokes running the ball well set up Amari and Cedric Wilson as well as Jarwin , when your QB throws for a buck 80 but 4 of those go for a TD then the run is setting the table
