Fact: Did you know that beside the 28 point outburst in the last 8 minutes out the NY game, Philly has had 7.5 lackluster quarters of football. If we defend against the big play like we did last year and if Kitna plays I think that we will win.

Another reason, if the Cowboys lose that could mean the difference of 5 draft pick positions and a last place schedule which is more important for the future than beating Philly. With that being said they will probably win nd mess all that up.

I think this is the only game all year where I'm truly indifferent. I don't know if as a fan I can realistically root for a loss, but I will at the very least claim indifference.

That draft position is just more important right now.

We probably will win but we need to lose. It's a perfect evaluation game.

I think McGee starts and hopefully S Young gets some significant snaps as well.

If Young doesn't play, then I've lost some confidence in Garrett. Also, Brandon Williams and Victor Butler and Sean Lee need to see significant playing time.

Everytime I've seen one of these guarantee-type posts on the forum this season, Dallas has not only lost, but been embarrassed

Philly will get exposed just like last year in the playoffs and last night in Minn.. If you limit the big play Vick is not consistent enough to march the team down the field. Vick for MVP is just ridiculous IMO.

I think that's what he's going for.

They need to lose plain and simple.

......this SUCks that Philly is resting starters, BUT Kolb is pretty good and our secondary is worthless so............there is hope.:laugh2:

I doubt if Vick plays. But like a lot of other posters are saying, at this point, what difference does anything make? I hate feeling this way. I will watch for sure like I always do. But I cannot believe this season from hell. I need a guarantee that the future will be better, but there is none.

Who cares that we can beat the Philly back-ups? We will win and lose draft position because of it. In the end Philly gets to go to the playoffs and screw the Cowboys at the same time.

Can't believe I am reading that people hope the Cowboys lose to the friggin Eagles.

This is ridiculous.

I hope to hell we win, I want to end the season on a high note

Draft position really doesn't matter IMO. It's a crap shoot anyway, besides position can be manipulated by trading.

I want the team to play to win.

I'm not hoping for a loss, but I do see the merit between having the #6 pick vs. #11 or #12.
And when you look at it, we're a 5 win team with quite a few injuries and the Eagles now have nothing to gain from this game and will be playing many backups. It's really a very meaningless game imo. I'll still pull for us to win, but I'm not gonna be too upset if we lose.
