The Crowd on Sunday Night

I'm the same way man. I remember in college, all my friends would come to my apartment to watch the game, I'd sit in my room alone watching while they were partying up in the living room. *** casuals...

I can't stand having anyone around during a Cowboys game or, even worse, the draft.

One of the best games I ever attended was back in 1992. The Chiefs came to town with the Nigerian Nghtmare, they had a pretty good team and a fairly good turnout at Texas Stadium. I think we won 17 - 10 but the game wasn't really that close.

At the end of the game Cowboys started doing the Chiefs chant. It continued outside the stadium and a half a mile away in the parking lot we were still doing their chant. Just awesome to hear 50,000 people doing a rivals chant.

If the last seven(ish) years are any indication, you'll be able to have a normal conversation with the person next you five minutes into the game.

There should be no moment where a normal conversation is able to be heard. Unless we're on offense.

^^^.....looks like eagles HC, no?

Lions playoff game was fun. 2009 eagles game was the best I've seen there.

the opening night against the giants had so many damn people stuffed in there, early on when we were playing well it might be the loudest i heard it.

Those two eagles games in 09 though were loud. The giants game to open 13 was really loud also.

I expect it to be one of the best nights there sunday. It is going to be so much fun.

the bummer for sunday night is that it is supposed to be 90. I was hoping for doors open but there is no way with the temperature that high they open up the building. I wish they would open it up and make the eagles deal with the heat. It would work in our favor but they refused to do this kind of thing.

You give Cowboy fans something to cheer for and they will do it.

I expect a good crowd.

What are you guys expecting?

Drunken heathens.

Sunday night games can be ugly. I remember the very first game in 2009. I walked out of the stadium, and there were people literally laying on the ground passed out outside the stadium. Lots of fights.

I'll never get it. You pay $300 total to go to the game, and you decide to get so drunk that you can barely watch or remember it. And those 10 beers you bought? That's another $90.

It really does, Daillest. We have a special deal going on right now, my man. I'm hype as all get out. I think this team's ceiling is higher than the 2014 team, as you already said... and the usual juggernauts are weaker this year (AZ, GB, SEA).

This could be a special season, ala LA Kings 2012. Won it all as an 8th seed (final seed) and no one saw them coming. They destroyed everyone in the playoffs, took no prisoners.

<knock on ******* wood>
I agree about this team not like 2014. This feels a lot more like that early 90's team. Defense isn't as good but there is young building block talent all over this team. 2014 with Romo and Demarco felt more like we need to get this now because the window is closing. Hopefully this is the beginning of a nice sustained run like Seattle is on.

Preach, Biag! And post more :)

It will be rocking. Unfortunately the Fire Marshall put a cap on capacity or i would be near the 105-110 mark
