And his name is ROB RYAN! Heres hoping that Al Davis brings in a new group of coaches next season and Ryan becomes available. Ryan has done great things out in Oakland the last few seasons or so without a whole lot of talent. He is well versed in the 3-4, 4-3, and the 46 defense his Father made famous. He is anything but soft. Linebackers coach under Bill Belichik for four seasons with the Patriots winning 2 Superbowls in that time period. Look at the group of coaches he has learned from....His dad Buddy, Brother Rex, and Belichik. This guy would bring needed tuffness to a defense in dire need to grow a pair. If I were Jerry I would be on the horn asap as soon as this season is over.

And bring L.B's coach Don Martindale along with you! That guy is pure gold. All he does is produce.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there some sort of past history between the Ryan family and Jerry. I feel like I read an article that mentioned how the Ryan family would never even consider working for Jerry Jones.

I'm not sure, but it would have everything to do with Buddy Ryan and Jimmy Johnson's spat where Johnson said Ryan put a bounty out on two of the Cowboys players. (knowing ol Buddy I believe it!)
