Mens, as most of you know, along with my Hungarian Writers group know, I am know fan of Romos.
Still, as my gloom from Sunday turns to insightful anaysis, I have to pose the question to your knowledgeable mens and womens:
Why is it that Romo was trying to post more than 48 points?
Why on earth should any QB HAVE TO put up any more points than 48 late in the game.?
And it all leadS to the defense. or lack of it. And injuries that half ravaged our D.
Mens and womens, as we go on to the next game, keep in mind that we are seeing (as much as I hates to admit it) an honest to goodness great QB.
When we place this much responsibility in a QB, he is bound to make a mistake. And when he has this much ground to make in the last minutes of play, he is prone to making mistakes. So he thows his second INT this year and we go nuts.
Kiffin and the D bear blame for this one, not Romo with one errant thow.
