The Dallas Cowboys showed their true selves today

It was a non-conference game rigged by the NFL. Cowboys looked like they were hardly trying. Can’t show your true self in such circumstances so who cares.

You know, i dont WANT to believe that was a rigged game... but come on, man. Dallas played like absolute crap and WE KNOW they are a WAAAAAAY better team than that.

The thought of rigged game certainly crossed my mind because i had NO other explanation as to why Dallas played so horribly.

Not Kellen’s best day, but IMO— the OL, Dak, and the WRs let everybody down more.

The OL did not handle Tyron’s absence well at all. Steele was overwhelmed and Collins played poorly. The unit as a whole was compromised.

The WRs had the dropsies. At least 3-4 key drops at crucial times.

And then Dak. He is the most to blame IMO. There were plays to be made underneath, but he kept going deep for the homerun ball. Like a boxer who forgets to keep his jab working— Dak forgot to be patient and make the smart read. He tried to do way too much— and compounded the issues along the OL by holding the ball and going deep.

The offense as a whole had grown arrogant and figured they could just “show up” and win. We can only hope Dak, Kellen, and Philbin regroup and get back to the right formula
