The Dallas Media..
this is the time of year when there is a flurry of activity as far as news....has the media in the past....with the cowboys....affected your reaction to them now in anyway? The cowboys took a beating for so long.....are you skeptical?.....forgiving? Does it carry any weight......affect your opinions in anyway? Do you read something now and still think back....?

....and today on Channell 11 news Coach Bill Parcells of the Dallas Cowboys did not say a single word about Keith Davis...his silence is deafing...

The media doesn't affect me and my Cowboys one way or another. Everything I read or see in real life (not just football) has to be put into perspective. For example, when someone at ESPN who I know hates the Cowboys comes on the air and rips BP or JJ I know the bias that reporter has and why the story is being told the way it is. Same with news at Fox or CNN. The same news story gets covered differently on those two channels. Back 20 years ago when I was a stupid and impressionable younger adult, it was different because I thought reporters always told the true due to their diligent investigation. HA!

When the national media rips the Cowboys, it's all schtick. It's ratings fodder.

If you don't believe me, find out how many people tuned in to see Charles Barkley during ever f-ing Mavs game on TNT just so they could whine about how he trashed them.

Or how many people here check out Skip Bayless just to see what assinine thing he says so they can ***** about it.

It's all ratings baby.

I need the media for 1 thing... reporting the facts!!! the way they slant the facts/info I have learned how to take with a grain of salt!
