Is and always has been clock management. If we play the end of the game right and leave Brady with 10 seconds or less we win. You give Brady, Rodgers mahomes or any top 10 qb over a minute and they need 3 it’s over. Our clock management was terrible the whole game not just the end. Didn’t even get off a play before the 2 minute warning before halftime Dak let 25 seconds run off and didn’t get a play off. That’s poor coaching and poor quarterbacking.

So how do you propose we could have managed the clock better considering they had all their timeouts?

We would have but the ref had his eyes locked on our guys holding but when it came time to make a call for us when Godwin pushed off they looked away.

As much as I hate it that little bit decided the game at a key time.

Stop with the dumb *** erratic play callling. Simple stupid stuff was working and then they go and get cute like always. Also a scramble or run or screen pass or two keeps the clock moving and they gotta stop settling for the 45+yard game winner. Look how Brady kept going and gave his kicker a chip shot. They also threw 3 plays out of bounds just to kill another 12 seconds. Take note from the goat

They had all their timeouts. Your plan fails.

Why take a TO at 1:51? IMO, our coach doesn't understand the clock, and neither does Dak. Getting first downs and eating the clock wasn't a side objective, it was a necessity. Giving the ball back to Brady with a minute +, only needing a FG, and our D the way it is, was an almost certain defeat. We had to get first downs, and after the big play to Lamb, we couldn't.

We all knew exactly what would happen after we kicked the FG. Blame it on refs or anything else you want, we earned the L when we kicked a FG with 90 seconds left.

Same old Cowboys.

It’s the same poorly run team as the guy prior. Settling for a long FG once in range rather than close the game out. U never give a great qb a minute only needing 3

Dak did more than his job to win this game. If you're too dense to realize what you watched then post accordingly. I'll gladly erase a few more idiots from my view.
What did Dak do in the redzone? How many points did they come away with after the back to back turnovers at the Tampa 20-30?

McCarthy is lame, which is why he got the job. Lumping Dak in with him smells like an agenda or just stupidity.

And, of course, the defense bears no blame. We've lowered their expectations to the point they aren't responsible for anything.

Good luck thinking this team can win anything with such a silly mentality.

Smh such a poor post

I haven't even seen it yet, and I guarantee you we beat them in T.O.P. for the game. Greg the leg lost us that game, and the no OPI towards the last drive sealed it.

I'm upset, but excited for games to come. This team looks better, and deeper. If coaching continues to make a difference we will destroy our division.

Good lord, you're as dopey as the child in your avatar. Jarwin makes his block and Zeke walks into the end zone. Greg Z blows a 31 yard FG and an XP.

Dak's 72% completions and 3 TDs are the only reasons this game was close. Seriously, go change a diaper. Football is beyond your understanding.

I’m willing to bet my left one that A holding penalty is not in our two minute offensive game plan. In the event it is & I’m left with only one, I’m willing to bet it that the game plan was to run the clock down.

That no snap before 2 minutes at halftime was all Dak not knowing. He’s got to do a better job

If you run the ball much less chance of a hold. Also didn’t see the bucs with a holding penalty on their last drive. **** always just happens to us at the end of games I wonder why

The holding penalties killed our drives and destroyed our clock management.

This thread gets sillier with each post.
