I don't know what Julius future in this league is. I don't know how much of his subpar work is due to him, his O-line, BP's coaching etc.

But I do believe Julius needs to separate himself from Parcells somehow.

Amazing what he's turned into.

Once BP goes JuJo can go back to normal.
JJ needs to stop running into the pile 1st off, and in the off season, he needs to stop bulking up high in his body, he needs to bulk up below in his legs, he can't break tackles.

I was a lonely voice claiming that BP was taking away JJs instincts that he showed in 2004. Now I see more and more people are agreeing with me. Not that that does JJ any good. Or the team.
You are right... freaking Parcells took away JJ biggest strenght!!!!! I cant wait till Bill is gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think its all in JJs head- if he gets free of BPs bs about trusting the play and just looking for holes he would be fine. Hit a hole, any hole, no matter where it is.

You did notice that MB did not exactly set it on fire today either.

Twice JJ just seemed to to jump on a group of players on the ground today, somebody should tell him to keep the pile on's to practice. I know they're fun, but a time and a place for everything.

Blame the blocking all you want, but JJ is a turd. He looks for a place to fall down. He needs a pillow.

My only point is he wasn't always that way. In his first year, before Parcells had time to impose his ideology on JJ, this guy was kicking butt out of the backfield. I have an animated gif that I saved. I am going to upload this so everyone sees what I am talking about. I'm going to take you all back in time. Gimme a sec.

Don't bother- the haters will say it does not matter what he did 2 years ago, or last year at Carolina.

Ok here's the gif. Give it a few minutes to load completely then it'll be smooth. It's 3.48MB..lol

Watch this run against the Bears. This is the JJ that I remember before BP got into his head. Notice the sick juke when he gets to the next level.

I don't think there are really JJ haters out there. I think a lot of people are disappointed at what they see when the ball touches his hands. There's plenty of blame for that to go around including JJ himself. However, there's no doubt in my mind Parcells has imposed his running ideology on JJ. Very rarely do I ever see the type of stuff in that animated gif anymore. Let alone using the cutback lane which is usually there for most running backs.

MB3 still runs wild and probably, for the most part, has ignored anything Bill has said with regards to his running style. Bill might have been smart enough to leave well enough alone with regards to MB3.

Both RBs stunk today because our Oline didn't show up at all.

Notice the huge gaping hole he is running through.

Even Hambrick had his dookie-stick play.

Just like Parcells 'ruined' Drew Hensons career?

He isnt good enough.

Parcells didn't have to ruin a career that was a crap shoot at best. We should have learned our lesson with Hutchinson.

He's never going to be a MB3 type that punishes opponents but it's obvious he used to run with more passion and used his tools as a RB to make something out of nothing. Now he's basically a north south runner (by design).

Marion is not even a north/south runner.

This I have eluded to already. BP hasn't gotten to MB3 yet. Hopefully he won't have time to. We don't need two show ponies in the backfield. We need wild mustang ready to be set loose on opposing defenses.

Yeah I dont see where that particular play proves anything. If we were continually making holes like that even today, I'm sure Jones would be fine. As would many 2nd string backs.

But we're not. And since we're not it means a back has to get as much yardage as possible as the play allows. Jones doesnt seem to do that because he's either running into piles or goes down on first contact. Bounce off some guys.. break tackles, fall forward for the extra yard as often as possible.
