We all know that JJ's love child Garrett wont be going anywhere but the good news is...See ya Linnehan!

Rod is probably going to retire moving Richard up the ranks to DC/asst HC if he is not snatched away to be HC somewhere.

Any thoughts on who should be our next OC?

Cant really say that Garrett is as safe atm. We just dont know what will happen in the next two weeks or in the playoffs if we get there.

Suprisingly Jerry may just get fed up and dump Garrett even if we make the playoffs and lose.

After 10 year of this id seriously get tired of looking at his redheaded clapping mug. I dont care how nice of a fellow he is.

Pack you bags and **** of here.

As for OC, doesn't really matter. Anybody they bring in will still have to run Garrett's Offense.
Exactly - this is what many are missing - any OC you bring in will likely have to use Garretts' offense/playbook/scheme which is really the issue. I can see Linehan having success after leaving Dallas with the right scheme. Now, if you bring in an OC and allow that individual to use THEIR playbook/scheme etc., now you're talking.

Don't count your chickens...........

If Dallas somehow wins one playoff game, who knows what Jerry will do. It doesn't matter who is brought in as long as Garrett's fingerprints are on this offense. He needs to be the first to go or it will all be for not.

I agree, I think Richard is likely gone if he's not paid a stupid amount of Money. As for OC, doesn't really matter. Anybody they bring in will still have to run Garrett's Offense.
Lol, missed this. Agreed completely.

we need this.

Linnehan runs Garret's offense.

Doesn't matter who is calling the plays.

Actually it does matter. True the offense is out dated and predictable. But someone could use it to call better plays at the right time. Especially in the red zone. Like run when they should run, pass when they should pass. not the opposite.
Call higher 5 plays of success instead of trying to get too cute to foo teams.

Stuff like that they can be better in.

But prefer an entire different system though.

Why do we think this?
What are we considering as Garrett's offense?
