The equipment manager should be fired

[CyberB0b]

There is no excuse for an NFL team to be slipping and sliding that much. It's obvious that they equipment manager didn't give them the right cleats for the game. This was actually a big factor in the game, but isn't being talking about very much.

Just another failure of the Cowboys teams It's the little things that win games.

Wasn't he the guy that Prescott got fired last week?

[thunderpimp91]

This comes back to coaching. It’s a broken record at this point but week after week we get beat because no one pays attention to the small details?

Players and coaches need new jobs

[noshame]

That's something the players usually correct after warm-ups.

Choosing which boots to wear is a personal decision; it is up to each individual to select the right pair based on the condition of the playing field and their specific position

Equip Man deserve 0.01% of the blame.
Pro athletes should know which cleats to screw in for themselves.

Everyone should be including GM Mr Jones. Colts fired their GM today and I am actually envious. Wish we could do that..

Concerned about footing? Cleat studs? Field conditions? Please. Have some respect for the skill players who must navigate these difficult times while carrying the weight of custom graphics, premium drip, and Instagram-ready footwear. The struggle is real.

You people will never understand.

This, not equipment manger, the players when go onto the field and make moves should know the exact length of cleats needed. Some know just from warming up and make the adjustments then.

something else that shows the incompetence of this current staff.

Didn't Pickens have the whole bottom of his shoe fall off?
Jerry hates paying coaches, just think what he pays the equipment manager. Costco probably pays better.

Most expensive franchise and we look like we shop at temu for football equipment…. And whats up with lamb and all these tape? Making it too easy for dbs to see your arm movements.

I don't know if this is sarcasm or not. But sure not sure it will do anything but fire him lol

Im good with blaming everyone including the peanut vendors......just as long as the players are left out.
