Maybe with McKeon being called up, they can plan on giving him some help blocking if / when needed. Use all 4 TE's.

I think they stopped trying to go deep cause of Edoka.

But why Smith and Edoga aren't switched is a head scratcher. I understand Tyler practiced at LG all offseason and camp, but I feel better with him at LT than Edoga.

They might be protecting Tyler's hamstring, more strain on it playing Tackle.

One of those things that will probably get lost in the fan hate threads. Not just the execution, but the play calling dries up too when more than half your Oline is rookies or journeymen you weren’t expecting to start. But not the kind of thing you can easily spot on a TV.

Could very well be the reason why they were very cautions in the red zone as well.

Yep,
It makes no sense. He is the better player at LT and to me, just as good as Tyron. If not, only slightly less at this stage in Tyron's career.
Put Edoga or whoever at guard and Tyler Smith at LT.

It's not putting your best players in the best positions to succeed.

Poor coaching decision imo.

Hopefully it don't come back to bite them like the Chaz Green experiment.

Edoga did ok at T last week, but is that what is BEST, Vs Smith at tackle and Edoga at guard (who did pretty good at guard as well)? I mean I don’t know what the coaches discussion are and what fine details they saw at camp, I hope they have valid reasons for the lineup the have.
