The film doesn’t fit the narrative

Yes, but....

Dak threw the ball before Noah turned his head, so when Noah turned to look for the ball, it was on him within half of a second. So I think the drop was partly due to Noah being eaten by the football arriving faster than expected.

Yes, Noah still could have caught it, but Dak lowered the chance of a catch by throwing such a short pass with the receiver not looking yet. It looked easy, but that was not a simple catch. Lots of receivers have a hard time tracking a ball arriving that quickly, especially while you're running.

But, I get it, that's what he's PAID to do. And he should have done it. But also, Dak should make sure the receiver is looking before making such a quick, short throw to increase the chances of a catch.
Receivers drop passes
It happens
That one really hurt because it bounced into the hands of a defender
I’m not ragging on Brown, he played a really good game. Just pointing out to those blaming Dak that the ball hit him in the hands. It wasn’t on Dak
If anyone is to blame it would probably be the right side of the oline that got beat quickly and they forced Dak to roll out which limited his options to throw to

Most everyone is blaming Dak for the loss, but look at the last play again and tell me with a straight face if that in any way was his fault. No doubt the first int was a horrible pass but the real reason the team loss is because the defense couldn’t stop the Jags offense. They gave up 192 yards rushing and 318 yards passing! You’re not going to win with that kind of defense

I am not sure why some of you just think it's such a simple answer. It can be multiple reasons as to why we lost.

Yes, Dak was a reason we lost. So was the defense. Dak started well but had that horrible interception in the first half and then wasn't as sharp in the 2nd half. So yes, he was a factor in the loss.

LOLLLLLLLLLL

So the pick-6 was Dak's fault!!!

BAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA
:lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2:

Both their fault. Dak was trying to throw against his momentum there and it was a bad decision. Brown should have made a better effort.

The blame doesn't just have to go to one player.

"Bad decision"? The ball hit the WR in the chest.

Wow, and guys say Dak gets too many excuses. Brown blew it….he should be looking for the ball immediately after clearing the TE who crossed t.o free him up. Why the heck would he look later and give the defense a chance to stop a perfect play? There’s a reason Brown refused to face the media after the game….he was totally bummed by his missed opportunity.

He did look immediately once he passed the tight end, 'cause he had to first make sure to navigate a bit of traffic in the middle of the field. And as soon as he cleared the tight end, he looked, and the ball was upon him. He didn't look "later".

Dak threw the ball a tad bit early, and Brown dropped it (both can be true, they can both be a bit at fault). This isn't a timing route downfield when the ball is in the air for a few seconds leaving the WR time to track it before it arrives to his hands. This is a short crossing route. Brown had a split second to react to a ball already thrown and coming in fast.

Not making excuses, offering an explanation. Not everything is black and white, it doesn't have to be just one person's fault on any given play, and certainly not when a game is lost.

The ball can hit someone's hands, but still not be caught if the receiver turns and the ball arrives a moment afterwards, especially a short pass while you're running. Plus, on this plat, he was navigating traffic, and linemen in from of him, bodies in motion, and then the ball arrives. Yes, he should catch it anyway, but if the QB throws a short, hard pass to a receiver not yet looking, while they're running, that's not a recipe for consistent success.

But sure, we can blame the o-line too, for missing a block or two, Noah for dropping it, AND Dak for throwing s short, hard pass to a receiver not yet looking.

As a well known hater, you’re trying to make it sound like Dak was just as responsible for the defense who gave up over 509 yards and 40 points while the offense scored over 30. So tell me, what % was Dak responsible?

Im trying to keep up, but you young pups move so dang fast.
I’ve been a fan of this team since the 60s, in the military overseas all you could get was the Cowboys. How could I not love the star and what it represents. Young pop, I forgot more football than most of these people will ever see.

Amari Cooper, T.Y or OBJ make a knee high catch on that pass...probably split the DBs and it's a race to the pylon.

I'd recruit Noah Brown for USA Beach Volleyball Team.

Look at Brown's eyes in this picture. What is he looking at?

He was hypnotized by the bad wobble on the ball. Nah but seriously the throw was on the money and should have been caught.

For the final play of the game, Brown should be blamed. The ball hit him right in the breadbasket.

That should have been a big play. He catches that ball and turns up and the defender misses that tackle and he is off to the races. Was a first down at least.
