I don't think he's hired anybody yet who is seen as a serious future head coaching candidate in this league, though obviously that could change if he brings in someone like that for the offensive coordinator post. So I'm not sure where you're getting the idea that he's less worried about assistants threatening his job based on the evidence we've seen so far.
