Garrett has been a dead man walking for like 4 seasons but he gets a reprieve every other year by teams that succeed in spite of his motivational (make everyday great) garbage. He is not a genius, he is a JAG HC. Certainly nothing special other than he has played for the team

When the Cowboys were n their glory years they always had a special/genius head-coach. Jerry is a failure for not recognizing that by now ...being older than the Crypt-Keeper and all....

I'm ready for a better coach, that's for sure. I'm truly ready for a better defense more than anything. We need a defensive minded coach.
And some better pass rushers, at least two upper echelon pass rushers to go along with D-Law. And a dang nose tackle, a couple LBs and some real safeties! Sheesh.

I can’t remember the last time our defense has been anything better than pathetic.

Take away Dak and Zeke, then look at our drafts over the past 10 years. Other than 3 O-lineman, we’ve absolutely **** the bed. No excuse with the QB’s we’ve had.
