If you look at the playoff teams, they got it right on most if not all of these four things
If I were looking to get hired, it would be 49ers or Atlanta. They were winning recently. Think the 49ers will miss Harbaugh, but their problem is he did not get along with the GM.
I'd avoid Oakland and the Jets as dyfunctional. Again the HC and GM did not work together in NYC.
Chicago might be OK.
