1: garrett has GOT TO GO he is absolutely awful u see how he gets outsmarted by veteran dc's like jim johnson lebeau, etc, also we have the biggest oline in football RUN THE DAMN BALL and be more balanced idk how many times i came on here and read that barber cant handle the full load, he runs too hard for his own good if we know that BEFORE the season how can red jesus not?? choice should have been getting more carries earlier and should have been using felix more when he was healthy... by the way how awful was that 3rd and inches throw to TO (vomits)
2. demote phillips and get either holmgren or billick in here asap
both understand how to run an offense better than garrett even though holmgren has that west coast offense they know not to put the game in the qbs hands i.e. last years ny football midgets.. and even though the d sucked *** in the last 2 drives of the bmore game and was awful 2day i still am convinced that he is a very good dc i just think there is just a personnel problem at some positions and i think that he just cant handle the responsibilty of the WHOLE team but if u give hime JUST the d i think he can work wonders
3. (personnel on defense-dline) theres always gonna be weak spots on a roster but 1st ratliff may b the most consistent and best player on this d but face it he aint a legit 3-4 noseman we need 2 get albert haynesworth hes an unrestricted free agent this year from making the pro bowl and i think with enough money thrown at him we can prevent him from resigning. move ratliff to the de spot and either cut spears or tank.cuz if u look at spears he sucks in run support and cant cut it in pass rushing...
4.(linebacking corp) thomas needs 2 retire idk whos out there who will be available that we can get (chowder, bart scott, james farrior will b fa's but scott and farrior will likely resign) and ... laurinitis or maulauga (spelling????)are probably not going to be taken by us or will be gone but thomas needs 2 do us all a favor and just retire.. he cant take on blocks that well, hes slow a nonfactor in the pass rush (bjames had 7 sacks someone please tell me how many thomas had)
5. (secondary) honestly even though henry sucks i think the only changes that need 2 b made is the ss position or either move hamlin there and get a real fs like will allen from tampa or vice versa .. i like keith davis but for the sake of that position i wouldnt be sad 2 see him go. but a more consistent pass rush can make an average secondary look good any way..... i would LOVE 2 get nhamdi from oakland n cut henry or pacman but mainly henry but not gonna happen
6. left guard and center needs to be addressed kosier was alright in the few games he played but as long as they get rid of procter im cool with whatever they do there. but gurode is absolutey overrated

8. either draft josh freeman harrell or mark sanchez and/or get a qb in free agency i aint saying replace romo but we need somebody 2 threaten his job obviously a rookie isnt going to but we need a qb competition and a seviceable backup kinda like what pittsburgh has in leftwich
9. get TO outta here hes our version of jeremy shockey anyway we already have his replacement and theres gonna be some pretty good fa's at wr including tj whosyamama n i say resign austin and draft juaquin iglesias (im an OU guy)
