The Get Rid of 'em Thread: the Zoners have spoken!!

After scouring the Zone for the past 20hrs or so, I've decided to produce a list of everyone various Zoners want to get rid of in the Dallas organization after this December's (pending) collapse:
Jerry Jones (fan running the team)
Wade Phillips (enabler/weak/too nice/loser mentality)
Jason Garrett (too pass happy/cannot gameplan or adjust)
Tony Romo (loser mentality/good, not great/celebrity QB)
Marion Barber (overrated)
Felix Jones (injury-prone/no longer a gamebreaker)
Flozell Adams (over the hill/penalty machine)
Nick Folk (lost his touch)
Orlando Scandrick (lost his confidence & skills)
Bobby Carpenter (sissy boy who won't hit)
Roy Williams (no heart/no speed/no hands/overpaid)
Jason Witten (goes down too fast/not scoring TDs anymore)
'Tellus Bennett (clown/doesn't know playbook/bad hands)
Terence Newman (washed up/always been overrated)
Sam Hurd (too dumb to execute onside kick/j.a.g)
Cory Proctor ('nuff said)
Did I miss anyone?! If so, feel free to add to the list but if you guys get your wish we'll turn into the Browns real quick!!

IF our defense continues to collapse and give up big plays this December like they've done, I would be perfectly alright with moving on from Bradie James, Terrence Newman, and possibly even Marcus Spears.

If things continue anywhere near last game, and like the games last year in Dec, we need a core change on defense.

Nobody but Ware, Ratliff, and Jenkins should be untouchable.

If they do fail to win a playoff game this season, we know Wade will be gone, but does anyone think we'll have wholesale roster changes or a few here or there? Is it really time to blow this team up and start from scratch?!

Gurode is a better center than guard in my opinion.I think even Parcells admitted as much after he tried to make Gurode into a guard.

Yes I know, but I'm sick of his inconsistent play at center. At least at guard he wouldn't have to handle as many responsibilities.

It's not going to happen anyway, I'm just saying I'm not against it, as I think a different center would help the line out.

Like paying Barber like he was a starting RB when he should have gotten a pay raise just not the stupid one they gave him. If you look back on my post i said he should never have gotten that large of a contract the day it was signed.

Wade hell yes but I never wanted him here
Flo I thought it was a mistake to resign him back then
Barbie Doll = has to go
Hurd = is a FA he will not be re-signed anyways
Barber should go back to closer role and is not a starting RB in this league

Scandrick is a young guy who is having a sophomore slump and has been up and down bailing on him would be liek the people that buried Jenkins way to fast
