The Giants are still interested in free agent QB Jay Fiedler.

Fiedler is still recovering from shoulder surgery and is expected to begin throwing later this month. The ex-Jet would compete with Tim Hasselbeck for the Jints No. 2 job.

Someones gotta back up Eli. It doesn't matter who unless he gets injured. A former starter backing up is good. Solid move by the giants if they can pull the trigger.

Jay Fiedler... everytime I hear this man's name, I have nightmarish flashbacks to Thanksgiving of 2003, in which he lit up our team and seemingly cemented his place in the Hall of Fame (not really, but it seemed so)
