The Giants Offense

Their most overpaid LT who opted out gave up the most pressures in the league last year and had a horrendous PFF rating. Their 2nd round LG can probably be officially called a bust at this point. Their center is an undrafted FA who had only started 3 games prior to this season, all of which were at RT. Their RG jsed to be their lone good lineman but he has regressed tremendously. Then you have Flemming.

My point is their O line is ranked as one of the worst in the league and I would rather have Knight over Flemming.

I bet they would rather have knight also seeing that it was Marc Columbo that went to bat for him and was the reason the guy got a shot last year.

Also wherever there left tackle was ranked means nothing. He opted out and it changed their ability up front. I have no idea of the point you are trying to make.

This is a horrendous Giants offense. Horrendous. If this defense allows the Giants to move the ball and score points, there is a a serious problem and McCarthy is going to have to start thinking why his buddy's defense is so horrendous.
putrid offense. putrid defense. what a shiet show

Without Barkley, there should not be a problem. The operative word is should.

If you mean they probably upgraded, which isn’t saying much, by changing their ability up front then you would be right. As bad as Thomas has been, and he’s been baaaaaaaad, he is still a slight upgrade over Solder who topped the league in allowing pressure last year.

The Giants O line sucks and is arguably the worst in the league, is that clear enough for you to understand my point?

Yea that offense has struggled. I think they found their way on sunday though and now just need the quarterback to play better going forward. I bet they are in two tight end sets a ton the rest of the way.

BTW this terrible line played well vs Dallas last year and they basically had the lead for 3 qtrs of the game when we went to NY and last played them.

Both teams are terrible so in the end it does not really matter anyway.

the Giants wont beat the cowboys Sunday, they have the same issues with a new staff that we have with no off-season, and they're missing their best player. Ol' Willibeam is missing that fact when he talk about them scoring last season without Barkley, we have the advantage on offense with the same system from last year even if our defense is bad, they won't score with us, we may even go back to the run game and control the TOP and keep the defense on the sidelines.

my fear is the organization getting a false sense of security thinking they righted the ship after we blowout the Giants.

Don't be disappointed if the Giants win 34-14. Against this Cowboys team everyone in the NFL is going to look like a Super Bowl contender.

Hey, anybody remember last year when the 0-4 Jets that averaged 11 points per game and a whopping 196 yards per game punked this team and put up almost 400 yards of offense against a much better defense than we have now?

I do

This game should worry us all
They have scored three TDs all year. Two were in game one IIRC.

They havent gotten in the end zone in the last two games.

Dallas played home last week. NY traveled to the WC.

If Garrett's Giants come to Dallas and WIN next week it's an all time LOW as far as I'm concerned.

Really? What could be worse?

Been saying for a while there will be SB talk again once they start playing division games.

Dallas wont lose to NYG. As bad as they have been I just cant see it.

In fact the line is probably lower than it ought to be because of it...but I dont do that type of stuff.

Say what you will about the Giants. But they play hard. They are not good. They do not have much talent on either side of the ball but they give it 100% for 60 minutes. Can you say the same about the Cowboys. Wouldn't surprise me in the least to see a very close game this weekend.

i just hope they don't pressure stats prescott, if they do we should lose another one.

After Sunday, Giants will look like a juggernaut.

Are you saying Jason might be available next year when we fire McCarthy?
