The Gnats still found a way to come out on top of us...

Actually Bleu Star, the Cowboys gave the Giants their worst home loss.......a 35-0 beat down. Does anyone remember Emmitt going 65 and waving bye bye to the Giants D as he scored a TD on the first play from scrimmage?

Also, if you listened to the Aikman and Buck, they were even discussing this. Buck stated that this could be the biggest home loss in Giants history, second right now only to the 35-0 game.....

41 - 9 = 32

35 - 0 = 35

Dallas beat them by more, they shut them out, and did so in prime time.....

Dallas is officially the worst home loss in Giants history, since they entered the Meadowlands.

I'm not trying to rain on your parade but the thread premise was:

The AFC playoff picture kills me as well. I wonder what the Jags need to make the playoffs - must be one of those full moon, emergence of the prince of darkness type of deals. :lmao2:

The Jags need to win and have five other specific teams lose. Miami needs to win and have four other specific teams lose.

Does the OP remember the Cowboys last game in Texas Stadium? How does that factor into the original thought?

We lost to B'more 24-33 in our last game at Texas Stadium.

The Gnats lost 9-41 in their last game to close their house.

By virtue of numbers alone, the Gnats now own the NFL record for worst loss to close a home stadium. We weren't even close. ;)

That's what I call sweet justice! It couldn't have happened to a more deserving bunch of a-holes!!
