The Good:
Haven't seen this mentioned once on here, but the design play when Harris motioned in the backfield and lined up at tailback was a thing of beauty! I have been asking for this since Harris got into the league and finally we did it. He is a weapon a lot like Harvin and I hope to see a lot more.

Beasley
Mincy
Hayden ( yes he played well)
McClain and Carter were the two best players out there yesterday IMO. (McClain almost reminded me of Dez out there, like a man amongst boys.)
Tfred
Murray
Bailey as always (great kickoffs)

The Bad:
Carr- much like Romo he looked like a guy that has missed a lot of practice (which in this case, I'm letting it slide considering what happened to him).
Play calling on the goal lines, second verse same as the first.
Zone coverage (awful)
Durant, he is awful IMO.
Wilcox, the dude looked lost out there.

The Ugly:
Claiborne, another player that has missed practice and never really great when he did practice.
Romo, love this kid, but the worst I've seen him play, ever. Although the final drive he seemed to get it together.
All the red jerseys in the stadium was disgusting!
Tyron played like crap IMO and Leary looked like a bum.
Last but not least Garrett. Whether it was his advice to sit these players out during TC and preseason is moot. He is suppose to be the leader of this football team and set the tone for everybody. The coddling has to stop if he ever wants to accomplish anything in this league.

Left out Martin in the good.

He may have been great, as a matter of fact.

I can't put Murray into the good for this game. I just can't put up a RB that put the ball on the carpet for 7 points into the good. I wouldn't say he's in the bad either. He had a very good game after he spotted the niners 7.

Agreed! Why did we not see more of this? I got excited thinking we were going to see some original play calling. He and Dunbar both got some early action and then never saw it again.

Believe it or not that play was tried against Baltimore few years back. Miles was the WR lining up as the RB.
The play didn't go too well (no gain IIRC) because Miles pull a hamstring from it. No joke.
