And the bad news? We have to wait until Monday night to watch the game!!! I love my football Sundays, but without the 'boys playing, it becomes MEH.
I'm going to do my part and help the NFL ratings plummet. Can't wait to see how bad they are with no Cowboys at all on Sunday

Last season, the 3-0 Eagles looked like the top of the conference and Wentz was all the rage. they lost 4 out of their next five. It's a long season and we're still very early on.

But yeah, NY is BAD!

Another game as a road favorite. Lose this one and it's time to start getting concerned. You can't lose road games in this league to inferior teams.

Being favored is not necessarily the same as the other team being inferior, but I guess no matter how often betting lines are discussed - and how/why they're set - some will always use them as a sort of power rating.

That said, Arizona without David Johnson needs to be a game the Cowboys win (if we fancy ourselves as contenders).

For this very reason I hate going into the bye week with a loss. At least a win satiates me for the time being.

Philly d is legit but has it moments of ineptitude. I don’t think they are as good against the run as the giants and they don’t have the luxury of stacking the box with an extra defender. I would like to believe the boys oline can handle them or at least control them. What concerns me most is the defense against their offense and hopefully by the time they come into the picture this defense is playing at least up to par or better than last year. At this moment it’s hard to gauge who is better and I’m really intrigued to see how Wentz handles the pressure from the giants. I’m hoping the giants steal this one from them someway somehow.

I'm sorry but Philly front 7 is better than NY
They will shut down the run
Dak will have to prove himself in some tough places this year

Philly will crumble. Wentz is still a turnover machine, and they have little run game. They are 1-1 only because Kirk Cousins gave them the win on a ridiculous INT. NY is not out yet. They still have an excellent defense, and Beckham is just getting back. Look for them to beat Philly and peak mid-season.

Cowboys will struggle all first half with rookies and OL adjustments, along with Dak and Zeke adjusting to new opponent's game plans, but Cowboys will finally peak at the right time this year.

Seattle and NY Giants were two teams a lot of experts thought would be good this year. I can't even count how many of those experts picked Seattle to go to the big game. Both teams have horrendous offenses. Arizona isn't looking very good either. Door is open in the NFC. Atlanta and Green Bay may be the cream of the crop.

Thats why you should play fantasy football.

I've been playing fantasy football for what seems like forever so I get what you're saying. Drafting guys like Marshall Faulk, A-Train, Emmitt, etc. made watching every game a ritual for me. Maybe it's because of the new trend, more time shared back fields w/ less workhorse RB's, but this year just feels 'different'. If that makes sense. Don't get me wrong, I'll still watch every game I can crowd into my afternoon.

I agree. It seems like this year there are so many bad teams or bad offenses and this has led to bad games. And yah the RB thing used to be the best part of fantasy, and they are pretty much share the load.
