The Good: Well unfortunately not much here folks other than the Cowboys battled back and had a chance to win. Andy Dalton played hard and showed some guts after his hand got cut and from what I heard needed 8 stitches. The defense once again got two turnovers (they were really gifts from the Giants) and two sacks. Zuerlein made all four field goals and Noosewandy punted really well once again.

The Bad: The Cowboys offense couldn't score touchdowns like they've been doing the last three games, way too many field goals, and for the first time in a very long time the Cowboys offense did not score a single touchdown the entire year on their opening possession. The offensive line played their worst game of the year and gave up a bunch of easy sacks. Andy Dalton no need to throw up a prayer on third down. The defense got shredded yet again looking like they did at the beginning of the year (especially in the first half) and certainly didn't look inspired at all. Randy Gregory continues to get stupid penalties and Xavier Woods you're a jackass as well. The punt coverage team gave up two 20 yard returns and that didn't help the defense.

The Ugly: Mike McCarthy what in the hell are you waiting for? How obvious was the trap, who the hell told you NOT to challenge well that guy needs to be fired. You would have easily won the challenge and the Giant would have had a much tougher field goal attempt or better yet would have punted and guess what that was the game right there. Bone head move by McCarthy and the Cowboy's coaching staff. I really would like to know the Giants came up with that fumble. He ends up sitting on the football and somehow ends up perfectly in his hands, that was the Cowboy's season in a nutshell right there.

Blessing in Disguise: Since the Eagles had NO intention of beating the No Name team it's a good thing that the Cowboys got beat because of draft position and they will pick tenth in this year's draft.

Yeah, picking a few spots higher will make all the difference. That's what has been holding this team back for 25 years.
Well that is so sad but so very true..
How long have I been preaching the "build model" in this house,, this forum,,
You cant even entertain a proper build model when you draft RBs 4th overall. game over.
Its never an exact science, but drafting a RB ever in the top 10 pretty much eliminates a team more than just a player away from building properly.

So very true if you can execute on that pick.
Its a very delicate dance between the NFLs salary cap and an NFL franchise FO, and how they play their hand.
This FO has been left at the dance with investments like Zeke at 4.
How many opportunities does this franchise have to draft at that position?
Might go down as one of the worst draft blunders this franchise has ever made..

Doesn’t matter if you can execute, it’s still better.

Can you believe that dre11 was arguing with me yesterday that zeke was still a better pick than Ramsey.

It was a great pick at the time, and still is a good pick. Go ahread blame the entire year(s) on it. Fits right in there with all the others.
Man it's going to be a long off season.

With much respect as always Jazz,, I never liked that pick, you cant build a proper franchise when you throw a very valuable 4th overall pick at a RB,,, never brother.
But we did.
Has nothing ever to do with the player,, Zeke, Henry, Kamara, Cook... lol
James Robinson for the Jags was a UDFA that finished with 1100 yds 7 tds and 344 yds receiving and 3 tds..

Pretty ironic that you use the word your incorrectly while calling someone else dumb. Bravo!

“You use the word your incorrectly”?

Nothing more ironic than some clown acting smart by correcting grammar on a football forum and looking dumb doing it. :lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao::lmao:

It was never a good pick. Not then and definitely not now.

Yesterdays game didnt really matter as the WFT beat the Eagles. So they could have blown out the Giants and they still would be sitting on the couch anyway. And, even if they DID make the playoffs, they would get bounced in round 1. I get that there would be momentum and hope for us, but in the end, its still the same.

NYG had no offense but wait until DAL comes to town.....they looked all pro.

DAL offense should have rolled NY's defense, yet Dalton is looking out his earhole the entre game.
