The Good, the Bad, the Ugly, and next week

-The Good
*For the first time all year the Cowboys got off to a really good start, a three and out by the defense and the offense went right down the field and scored
*Not only did the offense score on their first drive of the game they also scored on their first drive to open the second half
*Rico Dowdle gets better each week, another 100 yard game
*The O-line made some massive holes for Dowdle to run through
*The Cowboys should be picking around 15-18 in the draft when all is said and done
-The Bad
*Well that puts an end to any playoff hopes
*McCarthy drives me crazy with his play calling, Dowdle gets 15 yards on 1st down then he throws three consecutive passes all incomplete then a punt
*Another red zone turnover
*Um ESPN nobody cares who the Bengals kicker is dating
*Why are Mingo and Elliot still on this team, talk about a no-show job those two guys are non-factors and just collect a paycheck
-The Ugly
*And like clockwork we lose two more really good players to injury, Beebe and Overshown who is probably done for the season
*Chase made all of the Cowboys DB's look like little boys last night they had no answers trying to cover that guy
*The Bengals O-line handled the Cowboys D line and Burrow had time to throw
*The Cowboys went three and out way too much against a horrible Bengals defense, especially the last drive, 4 and out
*And of course the block punt that turned out to be a disaster and the nail in the coffin for the Cowboys and their season

The Cowboys play the Panthers in a game that won't mean a thing, other than draft position of course

Yeah...abandoning the run when Dowdle was getting some big chunks was annoying!! Mingo is not a good WR. I'm so glad we traded a 4th rd. pick for him.
Not only is Overshown done for the season, more than likely he's out next season as well. He had the trifecta of knee/ligament injuries!! Poor guy. He was the best player of defense!!

Carolina is favored as was the Bengals. Bengals covered the point spread last week also.

PS. While the team has not quit and plays hard, the pure lack of talent of some positions is glaring. Linebacker and safety is awful. D line except Micah is awful.
