-The Good
*Yup Dak is playing awesome and keeps dealing but how long can he keep this pace up
*And to go along with Dak George is one of the best trades Jerry ever made and he's doing all this without CD
*Jake Ferguson is a touchdown making machine after not having one last year
*The defense got a pick (Which was the worst return I've ever seen), Wilson looked like he didn't know what to do
*The O-line didn't give up a sack for the second week in a row
-The Bad
*They didn't give up a sack but had a really bad game run blocking zero running lanes
*And with that Williams had nowhere to go only gaining 29 freakin yards are you kidding me, Blue didn't have ANY
*Getting the ball back in the fourth quarter then going three and out
*Another huge play that cost the Cowboys was the punch out fumble that was recovered by Carolina
-The ugly (oh boy here we go)
*This is one hellofva limb noodle defense, how is it humanly possible they can be that bad I mean, embarrassing bad
*When you get dominated like that someone needs to be fired and or cut expeditiously
*You can start with Matt Eberflus, this guy is worse than Mike Nolan
*Im still confused how holes can be that wide in the NFL, any average RB could get over 100 on the ground against them
*Nobody knows their assignments, how does Dowdle get so wide open on that touchdown
*All I have to say is every time Dowdle touched the ball he was gaining 9 yards or more and had 186 on the day
*There is no way Dowdle is that good but the Cowboys' D made him look like Barry Sanders
*The only time the Cowboys defense stopped the Panthers was when they were trying to let them score
*Can the Cowboys be more aggressive on that 4th down NOPE easy completion
-Next week
The Commanders come into town and if the Cowboys don't don't improve that sorry defense they'll put up 40 and make it a laugher.

This is 2011-2013 all over again only with worse defensive "talent". They have given up the most points in the NFL and are only -6 in point differential. That's very hard to do.

I took under 7.5 wins before the season on FD, and haven't felt like that bet was in jeopardy so far, and I am confident that under the awesome leadership of Jerry Jones, the under can easily be achieved.

Always appreciate your balanced/accurate perspective.

You only need one bullet point for "the ugly". And that would be the defense....end of story. I don't want to say I'm old, but I've been a Cowboys' fan since I was ten, and in all my years of watching this team, I cannot remember ever seeing the defense this bad!! Even during those 5-11 Campo years!! It is disgraceful and embarrassing!! I mean, don't these players have any pride at all?? smdh

Really nothing substantial to add

it was all there for everyone to see yesterday

ALL THE PROBLEMS
which of course start at the top

This is a six win team despite an offense that is really scoring points
the defense I saw yesterday was the worst I have seen in over 50 years as a cowboy fan.

Gotta wonder how long Dak holds up at this pace. If and when the wheels come off where is the point where it's better to just go with Milton instead of playing Dak and risk him sustaining a serious injury?

Live in the DMV.......and I'm hoping Jayden Daniels doesn't eat us up with 100+ yds rushing and 3 TD passes or "Bill" doesn't chew us up....or Deebo doesn't light us up. I'm hoping. I'm surrounded by Commander fans. Dak we may need a 6 TD pass game.

Good breakdown, it's clear the defense has no idea what they're doing in Eberflus's defense. Maybe all the concepts aren't bad, but the execution is just awful and you need personnel to be able to run it. At this point they should just abandon most of these zone concepts, play man, play Wilson more in the box and have 1 zone safety.
