With the running game going like it was........and Romo struggleing to the point he was......

Wade needs to walk over to Red Garrett.....and tear off the 1/2 of the playsheet that has the pass plays on them......

......tear that half off..and then give the run section back to REd........

LOL, good stuff

I'm in shock because the defense showed alot of signs of being dominant last yr, and this yr the defense is a sieve.

He's always been a solid defensive coordinator, but the defense has regressed badly, and has alot of good players. Its nobody's fault but his.

Then there's the fact that he has never been able to motivate a flea to bite a dogs arse.

So basically he's worthless IMO.

LOL, Classic

We have 2 number 1 draft picks in the secondary. 3 number 1 picks rushing the QB (spears/Ware/Spencer) and we're still a worse than average defense.

Good luck Wade, Jerry doesn't take embarrassment very well.

Excuse me but Jerry was the GM genius who brought him back after the Philly game last year. You know continuity.

So lemme get this straight. Wade's here for Defense...

0 sacks and turnovers

Why the **** is he still here!!!!!!

Throw 10 mil at Cowher and call it a season.

Parcells couldn't win here.
Phillips couldn't win here.

When do we realize its the players and start to blame them?

We need more talent.

yes, so does 29 other teams....

Parcells did make something with nothing and built on that, Wade got lucky then let it fade last year.
Our coaching staff needs to go, then we can talk about players.
We had a shot at Rex Ryan, why didn't we go after him?
We could of gone after that coach that is now coaching the Cards, why not him.
What we get is Wade. I like Jerry Jones and I do not think you will find an owner more willing to do what he can to put the best team on the field, but I think he definately missed with this staff. I do not like Jason Garrett, but I give him the benefit of the doubt. He, IMO, was exposed last year and shows little talent for making the proper adjustments. Wade is just tooooo soft. This team is just molding themselves to what the coach wills them to be.
Do you think Giants have more talent than us? Do you think the backups in the Giants secondary REALLY matchup with our starters? Is it not wierd that every team we play, whether they are great or just good and/or are fully healthy or hurting with injuries come to play us tough with every belief that they can win the game?
That is coaching IMO...... Talent is good and always want more of it, but injuries and better opponents is a part of football and coaches must prepare teams for every kind of opponent. We seem to play down to the opponent. Watching our team in this game, didn't it feel like our guys were just mosying on and off the field as if they were thinking "ah we will get the next one"?

Talent can always improve, but who judges that talent in the first place? coaching staff...

Not really sure what Cowher would fix, he doesnt coach defense.

And he'd be fine with Romo making the boneheaded plays and do nothing to him about it, afterall he supported Kordell for years as a QB there in Pitt.

The fans sounded loud to me. I just hope they don't have trouble selling tickets after this fiasco.
Granted, I watched on TV, but it did not sound like the crowd ever really got into the game. Between the relatively peaceful setting and the lack of defensive pressure, Eli had a comfortable night on a night that should have been a nightmare. Regarding the noise, I'd be interested in hearing somebody's take that was at the game.

This team has many problems...Wade Phillips is the root of most of them...and there is only one root to the Wade Phillips problem...

Hard for the crowd to really stay up all night when your QB is constantly throwing the ball to the other team or into the bench.

They were loud when the defense was out there too, and were consistently let down.

2 mintues left and we let Eli and his scrub WRs march down the field on us, like it was nothing. Im sick of the excuses, this defense needs to play tough when it COUNTS>

Wow, I can't believe how close I came to pulling the trigger and dropping $1100 or $1200 and going to this game.

So glad I didn't, ... just like I was glad I got cold feet and didn't go to the Ravens game last season to close down Texas Stadium.

Losing both of those games show we have no heart or pride or something.

I tell you one thing. Right now we miss Greg Ellis. The Raiders have been running a hybrid with the addition of Seymour. Ellis has looked pretty solid, while our OLB's opposite Ware just blow.

Watver, my point is to get a real HC and QB here in Dallas.

I can't even put this one on Wade.

The players clearly were put in a position to succeed but they failed bigtime.

When we went up 31-30, I texted my friend saying Wade will play to keep everything in front of him and cost us the game. Sure enough, it happened. I could see that logic is they need a TD but they don't. A FG beats you. NY dinked and dunked all the way down to FG range with no problem. 2nd and 18? Oh, this is a perfect time to sit back in zone and let Eli scan the field for someone for a nice 12 yard game.
