The Harris return for TD, most frustrating one I've seen

I hate special teams screwups, but this one takes the cake. It's the one I hate the most in all my years as a Cowboy fan (since 1971). First, you hate it when an ex-Cowboy scores the winning TD, obviously. Second, it was bad coverage, not simply a great play on Harris' part. He's a good returner who can do damage, but he's no miracle worker like a Devin Hester or a Deion Sanders. Third, it happened right after our TD that tied it up and got us back in the game. I was pulling my hair out over Cassel's interceptions, but it looked like he had successfully shrugged it off and might play well enough for us to win. There have been special teams blunders in the past that have hurt, but not like this one.

Wilcox hesitated to close that seam, then looked like he was running in quicksand after Harris burst through.

Our special teams suck, and has for some time. The only big plays come from individual players making standout individual plays (like McCray blocked punt vs. Phi, various Dez punt returns)

Harris is no bum... poor coverage, absolutely.... but Harris is missed... hell, if he played for us today instead of NY, we
would've won the game.

Of course he is a bum. He was the benefactor off piss poor coverage. And as a WR he is a #3. But I do suppose if he were still a Cowboy we wouldn't have had all the turnovers.

No way this is true. I was told Rich Bisaccia was one of the best STs coaches in the League.

He absolutely is no bum, never has been. He's not a freak of nature like Devin Hester who can magically pull TDs out of good coverage, but give Harris some crappy coverage and he can burn your butt.

Both Dwayne and Selvie were motivated to win this game and played like it.
