Don't want to spoil anything, but any Tarantino fan will be looking for it I'm sure, but this movie connects itself with another one of his films. I've always liked that about the Tarantino universe.

I saw this last night during one of the roadshows. The roadshow thing was pretty cool with the programs being handed out at the door, the musical overture at the beginning, and the intermission. I'm not sure what I think about them using old projectors and movie reels though. It's definitely a step down in picture consistency. Then, you don't have people who really know what they're doing anymore in that department. The movie literally stopped two or three times last night during reel changeovers. Then, we actually watched the film melt on screen after the first change. The stoppages only added up to about 5 minutes total, but you can tell that it's really a lost art.

As far as the movie itself? I really enjoyed it. The fact that it takes place almost all in one room really ratchets up the intensity. It's a Tarantino movie through and through and just like all of his movies, there are really interesting characters, great dialog, a lot of humor, and buckets of blood. SLJ really stole the show for me.

Whatever that has to do with anything IDK, has nothing to do with what Quentin does. Bad cops exist but so do bad doctors, lawyers, plumbers, and forum posters(which you are). Condemning an entire occupation because of the bad apples in it is irresponsible, especially when he stands on a big soapbox and has uninformed followers believe his every word.

My friend has a copy, but he's also a film critic and gets EVERY movie early.

Btw...inglorious basterds is one of the most boring movies I've ever seen. I fell asleep. Love Django and the kill bills. I don't like pulp fiction as much as everyone else. Death Proof was good, but the other one, Planet Terror, was better. I love Tarantino. I'd love to sit and talk kung-** films with him. He's a huge fan. He got my favorite choreographer/director Yuen Woo Ping for the Kill Bill movies.

Really wasnt impressed with this movie at all. The dialogue was flat, I expected more from a movie he did. The story was a bit slow and the over the top blood at the end was pretty stupid in my opinion. I just dont see how IMDB could have this movie rater over 8.

I will also say some of the deaths were too predictable as well, which is rare in a Tarantino film.
