2. Henry had his back to the play.

The NFL's pass interference rules need to be simplified.

They are so complicated that they are essentially arbitrary.

Henry doesn't get a call while his head is being shoved to the turf. Yet Witten gets flagged.

It simply doesn't make sense.

Well, that's part of the problem with the rules.

We are reduced to judging whether the cornerback "sort of stumbled." And how much stumble-like movements are required for a no-call vs. a call?

The rules are too complex to be enforced consistently and so we are left with arbitrary enforcement.

The pass interference rules ruined the last Super Bowl. They screwed up today's game and are often an issue in today's NFL. The NFL really should address this.

We did not lose this game because of non-calls.

And if anything, we got two calls we shouldn't have gotten: the Matt Jones "drop" and the Brian Williams "non-INT."

Complaining about officiating is for losers. And the Cowboys are losers.

Exactly...the WR will get the call (or no-call in this case) every time if the defender has his back to the ball. And besides, that jump-ball type play happens all the time, every week...its nothing new. And it rarely gets flagged either way - they let them just play, which is how it should be.

The Witten call -- I agree with push-offs being somewhat subjective but come on; homeboy clearly extended his arms and pushed off...it wasn't even close to legal.
