Just watched this and it was very good. I had no idea Glenn Frey and Don Henley were in Linda Ronstadt's band before they started The Eagles. What a group, no glitz, no bling, no BS, just 5 guys on stage being awesome.

I have seen it too, thought it was really good. Too bad Felder had such a hissy fit about the money.

Their tickets for the show in Grand Rapids went on sale here on the 21st of March I missed out.

the audio of Frey onstage telling Felder he was going to kick his *** was crazy, too bad Felder ran off after the show.

OMG, before I noticed this was in Off Topic I thought this was going to be about Philly. :p

thanks, thought more posters would be interested.

If you judge a band by how timeless their music is, they are near the top, IMO. I really didn't think they could improve on "Hotel California", the original, till they came out with the "Hell Freezes Over" version!

Joe Walsh is from my town.

The good news - due to that fact they come thru here on every tour.

The bad news - ticket prices are so insane I'll never get the chance to go.

Thanks for posting this. The Eagles are one of my favorite bands of all time.

Oh come on...$83 for the nose bleed area isn't that bad...of course 5k for the stage floor seats is extreme lol.

Did the fact that they copied Hotel California from Jethro Tull get mentioned at all?

Never was a big Eagles fan.

Although I do enjoy listening to Joe Walsh in his various groups and solo stuff.

Watched this last night, it's available on demand with showtime. Good stuff, great tunes, highly recommended.
