Yeah they can call themselves what they want to at this point as long as they are going to play like they did last year.
I was gonna say the same thing...but then I thought about the name again, and no. I wish they'd realize how "glam" it sounds.

Then again, they're wearing tiaras, so maybe "glam" is what they're going for.

That I could see. The Jaylon hate just irks me for some reason. The worst thing we can say about the guy is he never recovered from injury and took Jerry's money. He gets more hatred than Greg Hardy lol.
Yeah, he was a feel-good story with a plot twist that ruined the movie.

I mean this conversation comes up and there's just a different meaning for some. I've seen some say they sound like Chippendale dancers lol.

The name comes from a rap group in the 90's who took their name from gangstas and criminals from New Orleans but I'm pretty sure the rap moniker and what it represents is why they call themselves that which is kind of funny to me because I don't even think a lot of these guys were born when Hot Boys were out lol.

Appears the players are having fun with the moniker....wearing the "crown", and their drawings on the border of their photos.
It would make a nice poster for young Cowboys fans...will they put it on the market?

I wouldn't go that far but I'd say the the movie should've ended before the plot twist lol. Should'e ended when he made the Pro Bowl because truthfully that was far more than he should've ever did with the injury he had.

That's CRAP. I remember that play and Jaylon Smith is the one who caused the fumble and Jourdan Lewis gave him the football lol. The narratives you guys come up with lol. I'm not even interested in defending Jaylon but I mean let's not resort to lies in order to bash him there's much easier things to bash him for. Celebrating a fumble he caused ain't one of them.
It’s not crap, nor is it a lie. Jourdan had the ball and Jaylon got it back somehow for the photo op while getting in front of anyone else. You can give whatever reason to why he did it, but I personally have never seen it before. It’s not a narrative, it’s the truth

I think his point is that you made it seem as if Jaylon just took the ball away and undeservedly mugged for the camera.

You have NEVER seen a player make a play and give the person who caused the play the football to celebrate? You never seen a running back score a touchdown and give the football to a lineman and they spike the football and celebrate?

Jaylon Smith tackled the Jags player and he FUMBLED. Jourdan Lewis recovered the football ran to the end zone and gave it to Jaylon to celebrate since he caused the play. You created the narrative that he pushed the guy out of the way and celebrated a play he had nothing to do with. That's what the topic was at hand and it's what you replied to.

Exactly. It's just not telling the correct narrative of that play. Like I said, there's footage of Jaylon doing some goof stuff. Actual video evidence so I don't get the point in lying about something he didn't do.

I think it’s the Silver Tiaras that really make the men……I could just picture Randy White wearing one.
I called them crowns in my earlier comment.
That's why I feel the players just wanted to have some fun...stir up reactions among the fanbase.

I’ve seen those, but I’ve never seen a defensive player make a turnover then hand the ball to a different player involved in the play who didn’t make the turnover, no. That’s a false equivalency because RBs have the ball in their hands often. Defenders don’t so they tend to hold onto it. If Dexter Lawrence hit Daniel Jones’ arm and the ball was a wobbler that landed in Trayvon Diggs’ hands, and then Diggs said “that was more you than me, take the ball” I would say that’s the first time I’d ever seen that instance either because once defenders have the ball they like to hold on to it
