The Jaylon Smith and Randy Gregory Era begins tomorrow

Only took 3 and 4 years to begin. Not bad! Gambling Jerry may get some dividends on old investments.

Not dividends. He's looking at tripling his draft value investment in exchange for a little patience.

That's an advantage we have. Most GMs have to maximize value each year for job security. Our GM can maximize value over the future of the franchise.

yep. 8-10 years .

Ah years into their nfl career and still talking about “draft talent”

I don’t trust Gregory and I don’t think Jaylon will get a fair shake at will or mike position with lee and LVE being here
Jaylon if the starting MLB and Gregory is the starting RE..... What are you even talking about. No way Leighton is starting our playing ahead of Jaylon. That's just foolish to say

Lee will be lucky to hold up for 16 games and LVE is nobody to be worried about at this juncture, lets be real. Jaylon might be the best player on defense this year, thats including the guys on the d-line

Are you guys all purposely setting yourselves up for as much disappointment as possible? Dominate the NFL is way overboard right now
Right, Gregory is a lot closer to a bad game leading to depression, leading to a puff, leading to a lifetime ban at this point!

Addicts don't really need a reason. Everything's a reason. He has a bad game, he's at risk with those lows. He has a good game, he's at risk with those highs. He keeps busy, he's at risk from the stress. He has a light work schedule, he's at risk from that boredom.

I hope he's gotten into some kind of program (to figure out how to dissect his problem and put the tools in his toolbox to enable him to work on it) and made up his mind to put all that behind him. I mean, with him almost throwing away a lucrative career and jeopardizing his ability to provide for his family, maybe he hit his bottom and finally turned a corner. But, realistically, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he's busted and suspended again before Irving returns from his suspension in October.

And if they were on any other team you would say that they would dominate.

I think Irving might own the league by the end of the season.
