You need to be on an NFL team's active, inactive, Injured Reserve (IR), or Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list for 6 games to obtain an accrued season in the NFL.

Scam Porter Jr knows this. This is why he has faked a back injury, an illness and now an ankle injury. After this week he will have fully accrued enough time this season to be an unrestricted FA at the end of the year. He can just go home for the rest of the season and not have to keep doing this charade anymore.

The Cowboys got played, even worse than the Steelers got played. The question is tho, what team will be stupid enough to offer him a contract next year?

I saw this post on Twitter and this guy is full of it. If Porter's plan is to be on a roster for 3 games, or 6 games, then sit out the season it is a terrible plan. Levian Bell tried this a few years back and look what happened to him. Teams are not going to risk big contracts on players who sit out entire seasons. Porter's best option is to play for Dallas and try to negotiate a contract with Jerry Jones. He needs to show he can play at a high level if he wants a contract. No team is going to want a player with a bad attitude and one that will fake injuries when he is disgruntled over money.

If this is in fact true, I hope Ol Sour face doesn't sign Porter to a new contract. But we just don't know what Ol Sour face will do, Ol Sour face is a hard one to figure out. True Cowboys fans from long ago who love this team, know all about Ol Sour face and his great leadership skills. In closing it sounds like Porter , will be no help to this defense at all. But it's early yet, we will soon see.
