David Moore is obviously a journalistic hack who makes assumptions rather than bothering to do what journalists are supposed to do-base his article on facts.

journalistic hack who makes assumptions ??

th

Mods, need I say that the statement is neither based on pseudo-quasi legal fact but is actionable, ab initio, absurd, analitical, actuarial, anticedent and with anthipisy toward the amicable adherent to journalese.

I petition the court for a amicus curiae for immediate dismissal of this actionable post!

I am still lost about the GF cell phone story.

Her phone was in his car so he called the Police to their apartment but she was out shopping?

The whole JR saga hurts my brain.

Yea, something is not adding up here. If you find your girlfriend's cell phone in your car, why the hell are you going to call the police right off the bat? Maybe she forgot it or it fell out of her pocket. Several times I have reached into my pocket to make a call on my cell phone and I realized it was not in my pocket. I usually start looking in the couch, or in the bedroom, or in the car to see where I left it or where it fell out of my pocket. I just don't get that the first thing you do is call the police, that is just bizarre.

I read somewhere that first offense for domestic violence is 6 games under the personal conduct policy. Since the league is investigating Randle for his February arrest, if they find him "in violation", does that mean 6 games automatically or is 6 games the max and King Roger decides the actual number of games, depending on what mood he is in?

I'm pretty sure the domestic violence policy and personal conduct policy are two separate entities. He's under the person conduct and from everything I've read is facing a 1 or 2 game suspension.

I really hate defending this knucklehead but, here goes. I understand the leagues position that no conviction by the law is needed for the league to take action in DV cases, however in this case there isn't even a charge against him. The police investigation couldn't even scrap up enough evidence for an indictment. So, what exactly are they punishing him for?

I really don't give a crap why either.. I just don't like the player so it just gives me more satisfaction. He is just one of those draft picks I hated, and he hasn't done jack for me to want to root for him. His crap throwing Dez under the table, the stealing, Handed the Job, meat on the bone, and his insubordination have just solidified my thoughts on the player.

In case anyone says I have an agenda, you I sure do I want this turd off the team I do not care for the player. So I am just being clear here don't want anyone to call me a hater or misunderstand me.

Well said. I too am still upset that the Cowboys still kept him on the team after he threw Dez under the bus. Then he had the nerve to mouth off during practice which pissed Jason Witten off. What really irked me was why the FO gave the starting position to him on a silver platter. Didn't it occur to them that this could be the year that we could go all the way? We entrusted everything to a scrub and this is what he gives us in return. Its time we cut ties with this guy because he's really ain't that good to begin with and really doesn't deserve to be on the team.

There has to be more to the cellphone story, would the police really go to the house because of a found cellphone?????? Well i only ask because here in Winnipeg Canada the police have better things to do then waste tax payers dollars on missing/found cellphones.

Most twenty somethings freak if they don't have their phone for a few minutes and women that age seem worse than men from what I've seen. I saw one of those ID shows the other day where a girl was abducted. Her boyfriend knew something was wrong when he found her cell phone. He told the police that she would under no circumstances leave her cell phone behind unless something really bad had happened. The BF was indeed correct because she was abducted, raped and murdered which was probably obvious because it's never a good ending on those ID shows.

The league punishes players for having a female call the police. Nothing else matters. A girl calls the police the player gets suspended. No charges, conviction needed.

Its the most perverse form of justice I have ever seen.
