After all the hoopla, shouting and arguments swirling around, KD quietly reported to TC and went to work with no sanctions or even a peep out of Jethro or BP and he's still lining up with the starters. It is now a moot point unless the local fuzz wants to make a federal case out of KD's little fib.

With all the sound and fury signifying nothing, it's time to get about the everyday business of worshipping Lord TO. It has got to be tearing TO's guts out that anyone is paying any attention to anyone but him.

At this point, I just hope "Pencil" Davis reloads, targets his efforts and becomes the best gunner in the league and becomes a high-calibre FS and that we will someday be able to call him "Magnum". This whole (hole?) issue has wounded me and I'm feeling a little gun-shy about it all.

I'm also surprised that he is playing with no apparent ill effects.

On the other hand, there is mounting evidence that QC was the gunman; Four out of six shots missed completely and the other two were ineffective and appeared to be rushed. Police were following a trail of roaches to see where it would lead but the trail went cold so they bonged the roaches - they were some pretty good stuff.

Yeah, I know, I gotta get a life. :D

Wonder what will happen at TC today? Yayyy! We're alive again. It may be only TC but it's better than anything we've had for months.

Intentional or not, when someone points a gun at you and shoots, it is not usually their desire to simply wound you--unless they're aiming a tranquilizer dart gun at you. This should have been considered a life-or-death situation to both the victim (Davis) and the police. Every effort should have been made to apprehend whoever the shooter or shooters were. Unfortunately, when Davis lied, he clearly did not want to provide the police with enough information for that to happen. Obviously, the police thought differently about the bullets aimed at him on I-635 that morning.

It is the duty of police to keep its citizens safe from criminals. It is the best interest of citizens to fully aid the police in their investigations. If they believe that Davis, the victim, did not wish to help them solve such a serious matter, I don't blame them one bit about making this a 'federal case'.

Well, it is certainly more than 'nothing', but I have to agree about Owens. As penance, Davis should head straight to Texas Stadium after the team returns to Dallas, build a pyre on the Star and sacrifice a pig to Owens. That should be enough to appease Lord Owens from smiting him for his transgressions.

Who do you think would win in a one on one match up between OJ and KD? OJ had that knifing, slashing style that decapitated defenses. KD never shies away from the gunners and heads straight to whomever is packing the ball. When OJ is on his game he can be murderous, but KD can take a shot!

I know, but I couldn't let you have all the fun!:

That's why KD excels at special teams. He enjoys being the gunner for once.
