It's truly amazing isn't it? We have so many that apparently WANT to fail. Guy hasn't won jack as DC or HC, failed here previously to NFL shame records that STILL stand, and NOBODY but Dallas has any interest in him. This franchise and the fans clamoring for more failure deserve what's going to happen.

Well, he helped lose in 94 and we barely made it there in 95. By 96 the team was out of contention entirely.

He got better abd more aggressive when he was the DC for Marvin Lewis in Cincy .
