The Legend That Is Romo Grows

While it wasnt his best game, that last minute drive and throw to Witten was the stuff of legends. Kid has stones the size of Mt. Rushmore.

You can't mention Bradshaw's name without mentioning a little divine intervention....

Arm strength didn't seem the same (wind?), but who cares? We're in the driver's seat.
I think the wind played a part in this game. Did you notice how the kickoffs on both sides were landing between the 10-15? Giants stadium is one of the hardest places to play as a quarterback.

Bad game?

If I was to generalize and make a black white judgment, I would call his performance incredibly great!

1 bad INT, other WR's fault, throw to Clayton was close. 2 bad plays.

What would the dynamic of the game be when judging Romo if TO catches the ball and keeps the drive going in the 3rd quarter?

It comes down to the fact that on the road, cold, against a real good team playing well, the guy drove us to a touchdown and a field goal in the 4th quarter when our backs were up against the wall. Can't get better than that.

Perfection is impossible. Be thankful for what we got here, which is truly special.

We don't count close. Our receivers dropped some good passes too. If you count one, count the other.

Poor game and he still wins on the road, executes a game-winning drive as regulation ends, and throws for 250-plus yards.

THIS is what I've been waiting to see. And I think this has been what Parcells has waited for, too.

You're stinking it up but can still win the game. Watcha gonna do? We now have a better idea of how Romo will look even when he struggles.

And I'm mighty pleased with the outcome.

You mean the one plaxico got a hand on?

I swear - say a kid who everyone has named The Chosen One had a bad game and get a million reasons why it wasn't really as bad as it looked.

Ridiculous - he had a bad game. The only thing he did better than Bledsoe would have done is get sacked less and make a few nicer throws. But he should have thrown 4 INTs today and lucked out of two of them. Plain and simple.

He made a clutch play as well, but he showed his inexperience today. He has been lucking out of quite a few plays the last few weeks and needs to shore it up.

That super clutch pass to Witten for over 40 yards was on a rope and right were it need to be. He can gun it when he has to. Did you see the look on Coughlin, priceless.

Don't forget that Manning easily could have had 2 picked off himself. The one to Bradie that hit him in the stomach and Glenn's in the endzone.

Wasn't his best game. But he came through in the clutch after facing some adversity, which in some ways makes this his most impressive performance yet.

Ya know, I don't know if I was the only one but I was SURE it had been picked off...then I saw Crayton with the ball and about launched myself through the ceiling.

I thought the biggest play of the game was when he threw the pick, and Kiawanuka, however you spell that, fumbled it back to us. We were looking at 14-0, or 10-0. Instead we drive down and tie the score at 7. He didn't have a great game, but won in a very tough place to win against a team that was putting it all out there tonight.
